Alcazar Cabaret

Alcazar Co., Ltd. or broadly known as Alcazar Cabaret, was established on November 8th, 1981. Originally, with about 100 performers and staff, the former Alcazar's theater had a capacity of only 350 seats which was not enough to welcome domestic and foreign visitors. Therefore, our new, grand and modern architectural theater with state-of-the-art light and sound systems and a capacity of about 1,200 seats has opened its doors for visitors from all over the world since February 9th, 1990. Nowadays, "Alcazar" is globally famous with the reputation of being the best transvestite cabaret show in Thailand. Continuously, we have improved our show by employing modern technology of stage arts for serving our visitors, Each year, our creative show production team works extremely hard together with millions of Thai baht are spent for creating and presenting impressive shows to our visitors' eyes.

Great professional show with stunning performers, proffessional courteous staff and comfortable seating, under an hour but you get the opportunity to meet the performers after the show.

Didn’t know what to expect but was entertained and amazed at the complexity of the costumes and stage sets. Only suggestion, the lip-sink was poorly timed.

This is such an amazing show. The performers are incredibly talented, the props and costumes were amazing! It was very engaging and colorful. I did VIP so I got to take a picture with the performers and I received a t-shirt, vip badge and snacks! VIP doesn’t make or break the experience in my opinion but I did it to support the performers and crew. I loved it!

The booking on viator was straight forward and on arrival at the venue we were shown to front row seats! The show itself was about 1 hour and was an elaborate show of majestic costumes, dancing and music by male 'ladyboy' performers. Mostly not in English but this didn't matter. After the show the performers are outside for photos, this is where I was encouraged to stand for a photo with 2 of the performers... who then demanded a tip! My first offered was rudely rebuked and 200 Thb was demanded!! Now given most of us don't have cash on person it would have been good to know this was expected as I found the male performers quite intimidating when suddenly demanding this money. Otherwise it was good but this does affect my overall experience.

Very disappointing. The cast look tired and bored and the whole experience feels like a production line moving you through as quickly as possible. The venue is lovely, as are the costumes and sets but the overall way you are treated is where it fails. There are 3 shows in Pattaya. Colosseum, Tiffany's and Alcazar. I have seen them all and this is the worst!
