During this 3-hour night walking tour you will have the chance to see Prague Castle and its surroundings in quiet without the crowds. Hear how scientists and magicians were attracted to Bohemia during the unique reign of Rudolf II, and how alchemy, magic and astronomy have placed an important part in history. Wander through streets filled with legends, including the stories of the Golem and the Devil’s Bible (Codex Gigas) – both featured in Dan Brown’s The Secret of Secrets. Enjoy the castle grounds and famous ‘Golden Lane’ as you avoid the daytime crowds and distractions, and as night falls enjoy the spectacular views the city has to offer from the largest castle complex in the world. This tour is a mixture of legends and historical facts, taking you to one of Prague’s most enchanting areas.

5.00Sara was an excellent guide. We were unfamiliar w/ alchemy and Sara explained and introduced us to the topic in an easy to understand manner. Sara had so many great stories and really brought the people from so long ago, to life. We covered much more areas than we expected which was great but never felt rushed or too slow. It was wonderful to explore Prague at night when the sites were not crowded and in some spots you really felt the past come alive. We would definitely take another tour with Sara, she’s insightful, professional, charismatic and nice. Time flew by. Good tour.

5.00One of the best tour experiences I've ever had in Prague! Our guide, Oliver, was incredibly knowledgeable, not just about the well-known history, but also the mysteries and hidden details that make this city so fascinating. We visited some amazing spots with breathtaking views that I wouldn't have found on my own. Him knowing several languages and his interest in other cultures led to some great conversations as well. What really stood out was how patient and accommodating he was. Our group was taking our time and snapping lots of photos, and without any fuss, he extended the tour by an extra hour just to make sure we got the full experience. That kind of flexibility and genuine care for his guests is rare. On top of everything, he gave us fantastic local recommendations for food and places to explore on our own. Highly recommend booking with him if you want a tour that goes above and beyond!
