We will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Houari Boumediene Airport in Algiers, where you will catch your flight to Timimoun, where you will be transferred to your maison d'hôte

You will be greeted at the airport and taken to your guesthouse in Timimoun.

We will start our tour in the morning by pick you up from your guesthouse Stroll through the Old Ksar of Timimoun, a historic fortified village known for its red-mud architecture and Sudanese-style facades. Visit the Timimoun market to get a first glimpse of oasis life and local crafts. Enjoy sunset views over the Sebkha (salt lake) and palm groves.

A full day of exploration around the surroundings of Timimoun: Visit nearby villages like Ighzer and Ouled Said to experience the authentic atmosphere of traditional oasis life. Discover ancient foggaras, ingenious underground irrigation systems still in use today. Enjoy tea with locals and a home-style lunch in a ksar village. Stop at the canyon of Timimoun and its dramatic red cliffs, then end the day with star gazing in the desert.

Your final day will focus on deeper cultural connections and desert immersion: Visit the Sufi zawiya or spiritual center (if accessible). Take a scenic off-road trip through the Grand Erg Occidental dunes From that we will head back to the airport to algeirs
