  Food was good but it felt like our instructor was rushed and made us feel like we were bothering her rather than being open to teaching us. Also, she said she would send us recipes but never did. I took a different cooking class I found on Airbnb near Telti and it was SO MUCH better and the instructor was significantly kinder and shared more on the history of pasta.

  This was a fantastic experience. Irene was a great teacher for the group (13 people) and we learnt some of the secrets of good pasta. It was hands on which really helped the learning. We then had a full meal with pasta, wine etc. For us, it was a real highlight of our 7 week trip to Italy.

• Amazing Sardinian Cooking Class

  This was a fabulous Sardinian countryside home cooking class experience. Irene and her son Gabriele were incredibly welcoming. We learned how to make various types of pasta and received fantastic tips and tricks. After the pasta-making session, we relaxed with other travelers, enjoyed local wine, and savored delicious nibbles. The meal began with ravioli, followed by the tagliatelle we had prepared earlier, and finished with dessert. It was such a fun night. We highly recommend adding this experience to your itinerary.

  Such an amazing night ! The place id beautiful. Irene is a really good teacher. We learn at least 6 pasta :)

  Such a special evening. Great value and fantastic experience. Food was very good. We cycled from alghero and back so if you don’t have a car it is possible to get there and back without a car but you need to be careful on the roads. Would highly recommend this experience.
