Emilio was our guide and he was great - spoke in both English and Spanish to laccommodate the group. We met at the location on C. Rastro at 9:30am in Seville to check in and loaded bus and it was a very comfortable 3 hour drive to Granada with a pit stop for about 25-30 min in between for restroom and quick bite to eat. We did a short walking tour of Albaicin which was lovely and beautiful. Ground is beautiful cobblestone and uneven so make sure you’re wearing sturdy comfortable shoes. Some uphill and downhill. The the group was split by those who bought package with admission and without to the Alhambra. We made sure to get the admission because that was the purpose of our trip to Granada. We had 3 hours at the Granada with a guided tour led by someone else - Alain was our Alhambra tour guide and he was wonderful. We had a group that included three children ages 8 and 12 and another younger teen, plus one with a wheelchair (love that the Alhambra was accessible!), and a few elders including my mom who is 76 years old. Alain was extremely accommodating, patient, kind and knowledgeable and funny too. He was great with the kids and engaged them with humor and kindness. Alhambra was from 3-6pm. We got back on the bus around 6 to head back to Seville. Returned by around 9:30pm with a shorter 10 min pit stop in between. I’m sharing what I was curious about on the tour - the timing, the guide, what the tour includes and not included depending on what you purchase, and overall ease of the experience. It was very well worth the trip since we didn’t have much time and only had one day to visit Granada. Our goal was met and we had a family of five - me, my husband, 2 young children and my 76 yr old mom. And we all had a great time and was not too exhausted. Only thing to note is there are not a lot of opportunities to eat for us - only time we had to sit and eat was at the first pit stop around 11:30am. We brought our own drinks and some snacks that we ate throughout the day. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Pia did a great job of explaining the country side between Sevilla and Granada. She led us through the Albaicin neighborhood with its beautiful views. The bus we took was very comfortable and clean We had to have another guide for the Alhambra palaces and gardens. Guillarmo did a remarkable job as well. There was a lot of walking and some uneven walk ways. Well worth it rich beauty and history.

Naturanda is a great tour operator company and this tour was well organised like the other tours we attended with them. But this great tour is being ruined due to the most racist tour guide we have seen so far. This French lady guide (self-proclaimed) Catherine is the most biased person in this business. If you want to have the worst Islamophobic commentary about the exodus and mass killings of the Muslims from Spain, feel free to join her. If she was in London, she would be reported multiple times for her horrific way of mocking Muslims but here she seems to enjoy herself with the ugliest laugh possible. Avoid her like a plague.

We bought a 3 1/2 hour tour with entrance to Palacio and others and arriving we are told that it will be around because there are no tickets to enter. The description, photo and duration if mentioned. I wouldn't have come from Malaga for this.

La Alhambra’s such a magical place to visit! You cannot simply go to Andalusia without checking this place out! Our guide, Catherine, is such a sweet and funny lady! I didn’t feel rushed at all! I truly enjoyed this tour immensely!

The Alhambra was an absolutely beautiful complex, Granada was a nice town, and Daniela did a great job hosting this tour. However, the only reason why I couldn’t give this 5 stars is because we did not have remotely enough free time. We only had 20 minutes at the rest stop which was barely enough time to order your food and receive it, much less going to the bathroom (we also were not allowed to eat on the bus). Additionally, we only had 30 minutes of free time in the Albaicin neighborhood, and the meeting point was a 10-minute walk from the viewpoint of Granada where we were dropped off at. We did not have enough time to look around and really feel like we were in Granada. After the Alhambra, we did not have any time to use the restrooms or look in the gift shop prior to leaving either.

We had Antonio as a guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole experience better! Thank you and I would definitely recommend guided tour otherwise it's very easy to get overwhelmed by the size of Alhambra.

I booked this tour over 6 weeks in advance. The only reason I booked the tour was to gain entrance to the Alhambra. While on the bus on the way to Granada, I was informed that they did not have tickets for me to enter the Alhambra. So I spent 6 hours on a bus back and forth from Seville to Granada, but could not enter the Alhambra (which was the only reason I wanted to go to Granada). On top of that, the company fought me about a refund, initially offering only a partial refund that was less than the cost of the tickets that I didn't get! I had to get Viator involved to get a full refund. So if you want to go into the Alhambra there's no point in booking with these people as there's no guarantee they will actually get tickets for you (there was another couple on the bus with the same situation), and if they screw up they will try to keep your money anyway. I want to point out that the guide on the bus (Alex) was very nice and his company (Granavision) was not at fault for any of this - they actually tried to help me. But the company organizing the tour (Naturanda) was awful. No accountability at all.

Truly a must when visiting Spain. My friend and I travelled from Seville by coach. Although the trip was 6 hours to get to.Granada and back, the time flew by and the half way stop was more than welcome. The half way services provided decent food, drink and toilet facilities and also a lovely souvenir shop. Both tour guides, Alex and Danielle were knowledgeable and gave fun facts along the way. The first stop in Granada was the Albaicín, Granada's oldest neighborhood, situated on a hill on the north side of the Darro River, opposite the Alhambra. The plaza is quaint and rich in history, there you can stop for lunch before continuing to the Alhambra. The restaurants there provided good food. There is also an amazing viewpoint of the Alhambra to take lovely photos. And now time to discuss the Alhambra. For this stage in the journey we had an outstanding tour guide called Guillermo. I cannot express how wonderful her was. His knowledge of the history had a lot of depth and he was superb when answering questions. He was very attentive to all who were on the tour. The Alhambra is quite a spectacle, a melting pot of Islamic and Catholic architecture and decor. The size itself is huge and contains a lot of walking. The amount of walking doesn't cross your mind as you become fully engrossed in the history and splendour of the Alhambra. The gardens are equally stunning, containing vegetables, exotic fauna and of course, the pomegranates. This trip is not to be missed.
