This dive and snorkel site is located within the most northern part of Grenada’s Marine Protected Area and is one of the top sites on the island. Ideally suited to divers of all levels the reef is a treasure trove of marine species, including Elk horn coral and ball, rope and barrel sponges. Fish life includes Spotted Drums, Yellow Tail snapper, Bar jacks, Banded Jaw fish and not infrequently Long Snout sea horse and pipe fish.
Underwater Sculptures
One of our most popular snorkeling sites is an underwater gallery of sculptures in our Molinere Beauséjour Marine Protected Area, that very much reflect Grenada’s culture. Fashioned from a variety of media but predominantly from simple substrates including concrete and rebar, they create an ideal substrate, relatively fixed and permanent, on which marine life may develop. They are sympathetically located to enhance the reef, making natural use of its varied topography of craggy gullies and sun-dappled sandy patches. As artificial reefs, these sculptures are proving highly successful so far in attracting a stunning array of varied marine life. In doing so and attracting visitors, they have indeed fulfilled a role in easing the environmental pressure on other reefs in the locality. A key aspect to the sculptures’ appeal has been the dynamic changes brought about by being exposed to the power of the ocean.

We really had the most beautiful day! Alvin picked us up at our hotel in a nice van and drove us to the marina where we boarded the boat. We had an awesome time snorkeling - Keon, the captain and snorkel guide, was very knowledgable and went out of his way to teach us diving techniques to get closer to the sculptures. We had a delicious lunch and appetizers during the sunset served to us on board. Alvin was a great host - making sure we always had drinks, and were entertained all day. The highlight was Milo, the boat dog, who spent the day swimming with us and hanging out on the boat. He was so much fun. Keon and Alvin were both super friendly, and were great at engaging and entertaining but also leaving us to relax as well. They both shared personal stories and history of Grenada that were very interesting. As a group of mothers and daughters we were very comfortable spending the day with them. We all agreed it was by far the best day of our trip - the sunset cruise part was absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Keon, Alvin + Milo for a perfect day!

We spent an amazing day with Marc and Tours Grenada sailing around Grenada. The food was great with chicken, grilled fish, salads, fruit and homemade focaccia bread! They took care of all our requests. 2 of us went scuba diving and Marc took us to a gorgeous reef. It felt like we were in a big crystal clear fish tank! Highly recommend this tour.!

Derek picked us up from our hotel bang on time and the whole day was well structured and well organised. Unfortunately the boat’s engine broke down so it became a half day but Marc had organised a partial refund by the time we had finished dinner. Highly recommended.

We arrived at what we thought was the yacht club only to find we needed to be on the other side of the bay. Google maps was at fault. Only glitch on a perfectly lovely day. Our captain and first mate were attentive and knowledgeable. The food was great and the dogs were an added bonus. Would recommend this trip to anyone.

A beautiful day on this boat. A point about the staff who should be a little warmer and in contact with passengers. Otherwise nothing was missing unlimited drink and homemade brunch by a good cook
