The experience was okay however Viator failed to reserve the correct tour with local operator impacting me. A portion of the tour of 1 hour was missed because Viator did not reserve the correct tour that I paid for. I am still trying to get a partial refund but Viator support is not he best.

The falls were absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed each breathtaking view. Our tour guide, Jimmy was AMAZING! He engaged with us, like family, and made sure we were able to capture photos, moments, and knowledge.

I enjoyed our tour guide whose name I don’t remember who gave us a lot of the history of Niagara Falls. We took our tour from 11a - 5pm & it was very informative. I also enjoy the complimentary tea, coffee at the bakery & appetizer at the winery, to make up for the not having the boat ride cuz it’s out of season.

Our guide Jimmy was so funny and friendly and very knowledgeable. We were his "Jimmy Family" for the day. We absolutely loved climbing the decking at Cave of the Winds and the Maid of the Mist boat ride...both were exhilarating and truly unforgettable. A great excursion and highly recommend.

Taking the boat tour with my daughter and being able to go along the falls as close as we did. It was so amazing being up that close to the falls and experience the wonders of them. Just a sight to see that I will not forget.
