  Excellent service from start to end. Amber contacted me ahead of the trip to discuss my priorities and everything was perfectly organised through the day. The driver was excellent and the vehicle luxurious and very clean. Everything went as expected.

  Lucy was my guide during my visit to the Forbidden City and she was great. From waiting for me to have some lunch to a great history class, she was awesome. Visiting a place like this with a guide is worth it.

  What a wonderful tour! Lucy picked us up at our hotel and we spent a fabulous day learning many wonderful insights. Lucy spoke perfect English and she answered every question we had. She was very professional yet warm and friendly. She took us to a wonderful lunch and went out of her way to surpass our expectations. This was our first day in Beijing and Lucy provided the perfect introduction to our trip. She desrves the highest of expectations!

  My colleague and I visited Beijing over the weekend and I arranged tours through Viator and Trip Advisor. We chose a Beijing city tour the first day and a Great Wall tour the following day. We had Ms. Yuan Yuan as a tour guide. Communication was great, knowledge was good. The logistics went very well. No tours of the Jade factory or tea house where you spend time which could be spent at attractions. It was a great two days. Highly recommend this tour and Ms. Yuan.

  Since we didn't have a lot of days at our disposal, we wanted to see important places of Beijing in one day, this tour was an excellent choice. Ms. Lucy, who was our tour guide, was an excellent person, knowledgeable enough to answer all our questions, and most importantly she customized our tour on the fly as we expressed our interests to her. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

  Just want to encourage anyone who is considering getting a tour guide for a Beijing layover to do it! I am so glad we did. We had never been to China before and we would not have been able to do and see all the things that we did without a tour guide. We asked for a custom tour including the forbidden city, dim sum dinner (fantastic restaurant!) and shopping which was perfectly executed. Lucy is extremely knowledgeable in Chinese history and gave us excellent narrative in the forbidden city, which is absolutely spectacular. Communication with the Tavel agency and payment of a deposit via PayPal was very easy and straightforward. Getting a 24-hour visa upon entry isn't difficult but is quite confusing due to unclear signs at the airport so the agency's instructions sent to us the day of our trip were much appreciated. Without them we would have stood in the wrong line and would not been let out of the airport.
