Beside your trip to see those cute Pandas, the most important thing is to explore the Chengdu city which is more than 3000 years old. Your driver guide will meet you at your hotel lobby to start this amazing time travel with you, you will show up at a busy market street origin in Han Dynasty, and find yourself in a holy temple from Tang Dynasty. What about a Mongolian residential area from Qing Dynasty? Well, this looks like a history trip? Yes but not only, we will introduce you the other important feature of Chengdu during the walks - FOOOOD! You can choose Sichuan cuisine/ local snacks/ hotpot/ vegetarian food as your lunch. You can even choose to visit a local wet market to know more about local's life. 7 hours are far too short, but we will try our best to give you more!

5.00Had an amazing Chengdu city tour with Claire – truly one of the highlights of the trip. She explained everything in such a clear and engaging way, especially the history behind places like Wuhou Shrine and the Three Kingdoms era. As a big history fan, I learned so much and appreciated all the small details I would have completely missed on my own. Highly recommend touring Chengdu with Claire if you want more than just sightseeing – you’ll actually understand the stories behind the city.

5.00I was very fortunate to be the only person hosted by Libby - who was fantastic! She is speak professional English and Chinese and is very knowledgable of the city. We spent around 6-7 hours together in the city central attractions and had lunc together. She considered my interests and needs very carefully to maximise my day. She is passionate about her job and tells interesting stories on the way. The entire trip was super smooth with taxi arragned so very comfortable. The food she recommended was also very local and unique. I would highly recommend her and would very much want to return to the city again - thank you so much Libby!

5.00We had a wonderful time with Bella. She was so accommodating to our family especially since we were traveling with my 82 year old dad and needed frequent breaks. She was so engaging, informative and answered all our questions, providing so much insights into the historical and modern day Chengdu. We also had the best Sichuan meal of your trip when she took us to a local restaurant which we’d never experience without her. We highly recommend this tour and will be sending others her way!

5.00With just a couple of days in Chengdu on my own, I took this tour to get an overview. The day was exceptional and I very much appreciated my tour leader Lily. Her English is exceptional and she has a wealth of knowledge about Chengdu and Chinese history. I found it all fascinating and very fulfilling. Chengdu is a beautiful city and people are warm and always helpful. I will be back!
