Enjoy an immersive all-inclusive carefree day as you travel on our vintage open-air Cable Car, Limo Bus, or Luxury Limo Van! Our guides are trained on the wine and the history of the area. They will be with you all day long to help explain the wines, the experience, and show you the insider’s way through each winery.
The tour lasts five hours with lunch and all wine tastings provided.
*Even though we limit our numbers to 6 per booking, this is a public tour that includes up to 25 people on the vehicle. Vehicle type is determined the day of the tour based on the number of guests and weather permitting*
*Most tours start with a Cable Car pickup and finish with the comfort of an enclosed vehicle.*

3.00Our driver, Gary, and his van were absolutely superb. We were also fortunate to have the best group you could ask for. The choice of wineries, however, needs to be much improved. Our first stop was at Safari Winery where our hostess was very knowledgeable and friendly. Disappointingly, all the wines were Chilean, Argentine, or South African - nothing local. Our second stop was at Charleston Taylor and included a pizza lunch. Kira, our hostess was the star of the show, friendly and knowledgeable. However, all the wines were brought in as Charleston Taylor isn’t yet a working winery. Our last stop at The Wine Collective was easily the worst. Our hostess was barely interested in our group of eight, disappeared frequently for long periods and served some of the most disappointing wines the group had ever tasted. Again, none of the wines were from the Hill Country area. I can only think that Cable Car Wine Tours gets a significant financial incentive from these three wineries. Outside of this tour, most visitors to the area would not choose any of these three venues for a wine tasting.

5.00Sandra took us around to the various wineries. She has a great personality. We had a great group for the day. Would have loved the cable car experience but it was down for repair. None the less it was a great experience.

5.00My boyfriend booked this for my birthday and I absolutely loved it! Everyone was soo nice! We were blessed to have a fun group. Will ABSOLUTELY recommend! Sandy our tour guide ( DD lol) was the absolute best! Gary was alright lol jk he was amazing as well. Will definitely book again.
