Our city tour of Almaty was very well organised. Guide Mr Nurtay was very well versed with the city and kept us informed with the history of different places we visited. He was also courteous, helpful and patient, which, particularly, considering our age (my wife and I are both septugenarians) was important for us. Also, we kept on receiving timely messages from the tour operators, which made things easy for us. The tour was conducted with utmost comfort to us.
