Since it is a food tour we will stress our tour on sampling local cuisine. During our visit to Green market we will taste milky, meat products, dried fruites. And at last we will have a lunch

Park Named After Panfilov’s 28 Guardsmen

We will visit the nist popular spot in our city - Park named after 28Gueardsmen. There are some historical objects like cathedral, Monuments of Glory, museum. I will tell you the history of the park, city and will describe all the objects, help you to take a photographs.

Ascension Cathedral

I will tell you an interesting facts about this unique building then we will observe object inside. This is a functional orthodox church so you will have a chance to see a masterpiece work of artist who illustrated icons. And may be you will be lucky to attend a church serve.

Gulzat is an excellent guide and a great travel companion. Very friendly, communicative, with a great command of English and Russian, with profound knowledge of culture and history. She was very helpful to organize a traditional dinner with folk music for our group of 30 people. Excellent service! Very professional in her business conduct. We booked a walking tour with Gulzat for the start of our 10-day holiday in Kazakhstan and it was a great call. Gulzat showed us a lot of Almaty's history as we walked through the beautiful park, helped us buy various items to try at the Green Bazaar, and introduced us to so many delicious Kazakh dishes over a bountiful lunch. An excellent tour of the city with the added bonus of great food and chocolates. She guided us through the city sites with great explanations of all the historical references. Lunch in the Kazakh restaurant was outstanding. Thanks for a great time.

This was the first activity we did on our kazhaksthan trip, and Gulzar our guide, made us feel at home. She took us on a walking tour around the city in and around the panfilov street while telling us about the history of the place. After lots of walking more than an hour or two, we had a great kazak lunch with all the authentic local dishes. A nice way to start our trip.

Thank you Gulzat for your help! Were in snowfall, so on the excursion to the mountains abstained, but in Almaty with a wonderful tour guide, the local historian Madi, with pleasure strolled. We learned many interesting facts about the history of the city, the country, looked at architectural monuments! Still reading about many of the city's illustrious figures. In short, it was very interesting and informative! Next time definitely in the mountains with you!))) today, 2:45 p.m.
