What To Expect
After a short drive & small hike you will arrive at the idyllic Swiss mountain farm. Here a yummy farmers breakfast & cheese tasting awaits. Then the farmer will teach you how Swiss alpine cheese is made and you get to help and try it yourself too. You will even make your own cheese wheel. Subsequently you will take a whey (foot)bath, visit the cheese storage cellar, eat Swiss Rösti, drink more coffee & tea and get a chance to meet the animals of the farm. 5.00Intimate and enjoyable experience at a family farm learning how alpine cheese is made and participating in the process. Delicious breakfast too! Sandra was a terrific guide. Highly recommend.
