Our trip to Bhutan was truly wonderful, and a big part of it was because of our guide Raj. He is extremely kind, soft spoken, and always cheerful. He explained everything properly before each visit, which made the experience even more meaningful and comfortable for us. The restaurants he recommended during our journey were all very good, and the entire itinerary was managed perfectly without making us feel rushed at any point. He also takes amazing pictures! As a group of 5 girls, we felt very safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout the trip. We enjoyed every moment to the fullest and created beautiful memories. Thanks for making our Bhutan trip so special!

Had an amazing trip of Bhutan . Totally memorable . The guide Jigme Tshering (Jau) and the driver Sonam jurmey - took very good care of us and treated us as family . Took us to many places off the grid and made an effort to make it very special. Have you mentioned their help during the arduous trek to tigers nest yday where they both literally trekked all the way with us n helped us compete an impossible dream

Our experience with Heavenly Bhutan Travels has been smooth and stress free even before day 1. Our guide Hemraj, came to pick us up across the border and ensured we were taken care of from the very beginning of the trip. He was always on time, very friendly and answered all our questions patiently and with extreme detail. We also enjoyed his sense of humour and his willingness to share all the information about the important sites we visit across Thimphu, Paro, Pobjikha, Bumthang. He also took note of my mother's birthday and arranged for a cake for her which was very kind and a pleasant surprise. Our Pilot Nima was a great blessing as we sometimes get motion sickness while travelling but the way Nima drove the Hiace, we always felt safe and not a single day of motion sickness between our 7 day trip. He drove carefully, the speed was just right and we were very comfortable through out the trip, even during long days of travel like travelling for 8 hours. Together, Hemraj and Nima, made the entire Bhutan trip extremely memorable for us and we are very glad we got them as guides. All credit to Heavenly Bhutan Travels, ensuring that we have the best time and truly take back the essence of Bhutan. Thank you for a lovely trip and we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family of ever they plan a Bhutan trip. As for our next trip, be assured we'll be reaching out to you in a few years for sure :)

We recently returned from a wonderful trip to Bhutan, and we are so grateful to the entire team at Heavenly Bhutan Tours for making it such a memorable experience. A special thanks to Mr. Shiva, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. His prompt replies, attention to detail, and flexibility ensured that everything was perfectly arranged according to our preferences. Our guide, Om, was truly exceptional. He was knowledgeable, caring, and always attentive to our needs. He shared Bhutan’s culture and traditions with such warmth and depth, making every experience more meaningful. We always felt comfortable, well-informed, and well looked after. Our driver, Sonam, was equally wonderful. He was calm, professional, and ensured we felt safe and relaxed at all times. His driving on the mountain roads was excellent, and his friendly nature added to the overall experience. Together, Om and Sonam made a fantastic team — always punctual, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free trip. Overall, the entire journey was beautifully organised and truly special. We would highly recommend Heavenly Bhutan Tours to anyone planning a trip to Bhutan.

I highly recommend this 7-day itinerary, which is operated by a reputable and trustworthy company. As a senior traveling solo, I found both the guide, Suraj Rai, and the driver, Woezer, to be incredibly friendly and attentive; furthermore, they managed the pace of the tour perfectly. Both of them speak fluent English. Moreover, the guide was highly knowledgeable, offering detailed explanations that covered not only local culture, religion, and history, but even botany and zoology. Whenever I had a need, they were always willing to "go the extra mile." This trip to Bhutan left me with beautiful, everlasting memories.

The trip was excellent. Bhutan is a beautiful place. Our Guide Ms Namgay, was very good, pleasant, knowledgeable and very patient. She explained every site that we visited very minutely and with dedication and showed a lot of interest in explaining to us. She was never tired or took shortcuts. Our vehicle was nice and the driver, Mr Sonam was an expert and drove very cautiously and efficiently. He was also willing to stop anywhere we wanted. He was also patient and dedicated. In all, the Guide Ms Namgay and Driver Sonam were a beautiful combination that made our trip very pleasant, enjoyable and filled us with detailed knowledge of Bhutan. A special mention of thanks to the efficient representative of Omsha Travel, Mr Nawang Dorgi, who coordinated with Maam Lalita, my sister in law, who was arranging the trip, throughout, and updated us with the trip details from time to time. The people of Bhutan all speak English and are loving, peaceful and honest. The food was also pleasant. The hotel we stayed was Star Residency which was clean and well kept and handled by efficient staff. Admission fee: 11000/- Length of visit: 9 days Atmosphere: very pleasant and peaceful
