We recently returned from a trip to Bhutan organized by Heavenly Bhutan, and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the initial planning stages to the final farewell, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. A huge thank you to our incredible guide, Somnath, and our driver, Vishnu. Their amazing hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Somnath is incredibly knowledgeable; he provided deep insights into Bhutanese history, culture, and Buddhism that we would have never discovered on our own. He was always patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to tailor the experience to our interests. Our driver, Vishnu, was equally fantastic. Navigating the winding mountain roads of Bhutan requires skill, and we always felt completely safe and comfortable in his hands. Beyond his driving, he was always ready to help with a smile and ensured our journey was smooth every step of the way. If you are planning a trip to Bhutan, we highly recommend Heavenly Bhutan. Ask for Somnath and Vishnu, they are a dream team who will ensure your trip is perfect!

My husband and I, together with three friends spent 10 days exploring Bhutan with guide Namgay and driver Phub Dorji and thanks to their impeccable service this trip was one of our best ever. Although Bhutan is a very beautiful country, it is the Bhutanese people which make this country extremely special. My husband suffered from altitude sickness during a trek when reaching 4000m and the way our guide Namgay, together with two employees of the camp dealt with this emergency was incredible. Their care and support was amazing during the obligatory immediate descent. During this incident the whole HB team got together with driver Phub Dorji and joined us half way the trek to help out, bringing comforting hot soup and tea with them. We were touched by their genuine kindness and support ....I could not have asked for better guides and driver(definiteIy heavenly), I felt very safe all along and confident that they were in control of the situation which ended up well. At the end of our tour the HB team surprised us with a beautiful cake to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary! Namgay's knowledge of Bhutan's colourful history and religion is extensive and we feel that we have really learnt a lot about the country and about ourselves too! We will be back to Bhutan thanks to the beautiful souls of Heavenly Bhutan!
