5.00What a fantastic experience. We had a private tour with Georgia as guide and Kostas as driver. Good explanation. Stopped at several spots for a photo. Further along 6 monasteries of which we visited 3 inside, very worthwhile.

5.00Nothing can beat the experience of being on a private tour with a local tour guide. Vangelis was the perfect person to pick us up at the local train station (we drove down from a Metsovo resort with our rental car), explain the history and magic of Meteora, and leave us with unforgettable memories. Before we took the tour, in his elegant MBZ he took us to both a coffee shop and a bakery to start our day with him. I had been to this sacred series of mountains in the past, but nothing prepared me for beimg there with my grown daughter, who treated me to this tour on my birthday. Because Vangelis could get us close to entrances to each monastery, we avoided the endless long walks up the roads leading to the sites. And at the end, he literally went the extra ile by taking us to a very special place where tour buses do not venture -- where hermit monk caves were carved into hillsides accessed by rickety ladders. When we returned home, he WhatsApped us a cache of historic photos of the manateries and monks, accessing their precious placed by ladder, basket, and cable cars. While this is not as inexpensive as a bus tour, it was by far the best touring experience we've ever had. Thank you, Vangelis!

5.00The best idea we had was to hire the two tours that offer Meteora: the Monasteries in the morning and the Sunset tour. They made the day unforgettable, because of their professionalism, their closeness and because the guide, Evangelis, was very competent. Highly recommended and a good way to avoid problems and waste of time doing it on your own.

5.00This was a fantastic 4 hour tour where we stopped at several viewpoints where we could take pictures and were by 3 monasteries. Our guide was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot. The car we drove had delicious air conditioning and was of the highest quality and picked us up precisely after each visit to the monasteries. They have our warmest recommendation.

5.00We made two tours with the agency: one in the morning visiting the monasteries and another in the late afternoon for sunset. Both in private. I highly recommend both tours. We did with guide Evan and it was sensational! In addition to having a lot of knowledge, I drove in a very quiet way, leaving the ride very light! It was worth sleeping in Meteora for two nights and having known everything with Evan. We were delighted with Meteora! I recommend the visit and the agency! We will bring beautiful memories from here!
