We a group of 4 people from Belgium like to thank Salvadorean tours for the perfect, flexibel and kind planning in consultation with us, filling in and carrying out of the 5 partly private and partly group full day tours. Mayra and Eduardo in the office, Miguel Cornejo our guide and George the driver you are all very capable, nice and gentle and flexible people who did a perfect job for us. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks again for our great stay in El Salvador. Kathleen, Bert, Frans en Nico. Nico Gijsen, Lanaken Belgium.

This is a good introduction to the north of El Salvador and the Centro Histórico of San Salvador. We were a small group of 5 total, driven by Omar and guided by Adonis. There was a lot of construction in Suchi which made it a little difficult to walk around the city and see it at its best. Only after the tour did I re-review the itinerary and realize that we did not stop by Casa 1800, which is even mentioned in Lonely planet for its view of the lake. We were only able to see a sliver of the lake from the city. I don’t know if this was due to time constraints but I would have preferred getting the view of the lake instead of the 25 minutes free time in Suchi. After driving back to San Salvador, there was free time for lunch, followed by a tour of the centro histórico. We were about to leave the cathedral when I asked about visiting the crypt, where Oscar Romero is interred. After the tour, I realized that we did not go to Iglesia El Rosario - I ended up going on my own the next day. This is a beautiful and unique church, so it was a disappointment not to have gone in the tour. I’m not sure why it was excluded; we spent more time than necessary at the library and could easily have used the time to walk the few blocks over to the church. There was quite a bit of traffic getting around all day as the tour was on a Friday, so bring your patience, water, and good walking shoes.

I did the Suchitoto and San Salvador tour with Alfredo Díaz, and he was an outstanding guide. You can tell he truly knows and loves his country — every story, detail, and stop came to life through his explanations. Super professional, friendly, and patient. I learned so much and had a great time — 100% recommended!

Adonis was an amazing guide!! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. He made our day tour such a safe and enjoyable experience. He even went out of his way to drive us to the restaurants we wanted to eat at after the tour. We would definitely book with Adonis again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour led by Alfredo Diaz. Alfredo was full of knowledge for both cities so I learned a lot. He was great at suggesting the best scenic places to take photos and videos. Furthermore, he was excellent at taking photos/videos whether it is of me or of panoramic views which I'm so grateful for. I loved the local shop he took me to purchase a few unique indigo dye items in Suchitoto. Alfredo was also attentive and flexible with the itinerary. E.g. When I shared I wanted to have pupusas for lunch, he took me to this delicious place with air conditioning in El Salvador. Overall, I had a memorable day trip of these two cities with an amazing guide! Muchas gracias Alfredo! 😊

I loved the tour, Alfredo Diaz is the best company as a guide, shares interesting facts during the journey and in the sites of interest provides the necessary information to enjoy the ride. I knew Suchitoto and in the center of San Salvador the most interesting and beautiful tourist sites, this is a tour to know a beautiful little village and the capital of El Salvador.
