What To Expect
We will walk through Jabal Al-Lweibdeh, where we’ll explore the culture and history of Jordan. Along the way, we’ll visit some of the trendiest spots and see historical landmarks in the neighborhood.
Al Balad – Downtown Amman
After our walk through Jabal Al-Lweibdeh, we’ll head down to downtown. There, we’ll visit different restaurants and shops to try street food, traditional dishes, and snacks. We’ll also explore the local fruit and vegetable markets. Along the way, we’ll talk and walk like the locals, exploring the best spots in the area.

He is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about his city, and it shows in every part of the tour. This was not a boring, scripted tour at all—it felt like exploring Amman with a local friend who knows everything. Hussein took us to hidden gems, amazing local food spots, and neighborhoods we never would have discovered on our own. His stories about the history, culture, and everyday life in Jordan made the city come alive. He was super flexible, answered all our questions, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged the whole time. If you’re visiting Amman and even thinking about doing a walking tour—STOP THINKING and book with Hussein. This experience completely changed how we see the city and made our trip unforgettable. 5.00This tour with Hussein was great. He shared a lot about Jordanian culture, history and food and took us to some beautiful spots that you might miss as a regular tourist. He showed us some of the art and history and we sampled a few local specialities. A lovely way to enjoy Amman. He’s a great Ambassador for his country. Highly recommended.

5.00Absolute gem of a tour and highly recommended. Hussein is very kind, patient and knowledgeable - he will show you a few of the little nooks and crannies of the city. Some exploring, some facts, some history, some art, some drinks, some snacks - this tour is a nice stroll through the city with a little bit of everything. If you have a day to explore Amman, this tour would not disappoint.

5.00Hussein was the best tour guide I’ve ever had and I’ve been on 100+ tours. He truly loves what he does. You are spending time with your new Jordanian friend when you’re with him - but quickly feels like an old friend. The substance of the tour was perfect mix of history, culture, food, and casual conversation. I wish there was a Hussein tour in every city. Look out for him on YouTube soon.
