We loved the cooking class very much! We prepared amok with fish and a small dessert. And was not aware of how much dedication there is in the recipes of Khmer cuisine and were just animated and happy after the cooking class. There was a welcome drink, a tour of the Old Market Siem Reaps, cold water and cold towels all the time and a cocktail at the end. We booked directly through the website of the Amok Restaurant. The restaurant is also so nicely decorated and the staff really extraordinarily nice!

A very reasonably priced and fun tour of the local market plus expert guidance in creating fish amok, our favourite Khmer dish. Our instructor was great fun to learn from and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Cooking class and really interesting market tour. We cook an aloi and a dessert made from coconut paste with the chef then we enjoy our dishes at noon. I highly recommend: friendly and welcoming

Was an awesome experience- thoroughly recommend. Short trip around the market and shown all the different types of seafood, meats and vegetables, then back to the restaurant to make their infamous Fish Amok and glutinous rice balls for desert.

Everything was good about this workshop. Clear information about the ingredients, during the market tour also all kinds of information about the Cambodian cuisine. Really get started with making the dishes myself. Hugely friendly and everything professionally organized but with warmth and love the information conveyed. It was a party from start to finish, by Chef Bora, Sokhy and the rest of the waitress. What a knowledge about all tastes.
