5.00Highly recommended. Avoid the larger boats which cannot access the smaller canals. The skipper was knowledgeable and fun making the trip so enjoyable. The pickup point is close to the Holocaust Memorial. Great value for money.

5.00I intentionally looked for a canal cruise in a small uncovered boat taking a gamble that the weather would cooperate, and I read good reviews about Amsterdam Boat Adventures so I chose their 90 minute cruise. By comparison most other operators offer 60 minute cruises. The 90 minutes flew by quickly so I am glad I opted for a longer cruise. Our captain Griffin was excellent, informative and providing narrative as needed, yet allowing for breaks to just soak in the experience of the canals. We were not interested in going on a party boat, and this cruise suited our tastes perfectly. The boat isn't flashy from the outside, but don't let that fool you. It's clean and modern, and the seats are very comfortable and are heated which can be adjusted to suit the weather and your personal preference. This was a "10" experience.

5.00Griffin was on time and welcoming. He was a confident captain and gave a wonderful, informative history of Amsterdam. The heated seats were fantastic! The group size was small and made the experience more personal- it was a lovely afternoon. I would definitely recommend this tour.

5.00Captain Jamie hosted us on an interesting tour through the canals of Amsterdam. He was engaging with the stories he told and the facts he shared. He was accommodating to all guests and was concerned for safety. We were a little worried about our ability to find the boat, but were able to do so. We were so glad that we booked a small group tour, instead if a larger boat and would happily recommend this tour!

5.00Fantastic experience! Everything was just right. The vessel was modern and comfortable. We enjoyed very reasonably priced drinks. Our expert Captain (Griffin) navigated the narrow canals and heavy boat traffic like a pro while providing great historical context and point out interesting sights along our tour. Our dog came along and was welcomed by all!
