In case of rain, we cruise with a hood. Sudden rain? We got ponchos.
We only serve alcoholic drinks for travellers 18 years old and above (proof of ID can be asked for). Minor travellers below 18 years old will be served non-alcoholic drink

4.00So the captain and crew were lovely, nonfaultvof theirs that i was stuck with a big bunch of thoroughly obnoxious tourists that ruined the excursion. That said, the boat is covered with tarps, not with plexiglass, and the weather was bad. Couldn't see as much as I would have liked.

5.00We booked the ride and then realized a little later that the time unfortunately does not suit us so well. Then we wrote a message and went straight to the booth and asked for a different time. We then got the next time slot straight away, which was a private ride with a lot of luck. The employees then also contacted us by phone afterwards because they wanted to help us clarify the problem. So a super helpful team! The ride was also very nice with a super nice driver.

5.00Other than some mixup with Time of Departure… We booked a 7:00 pm cruise but Operators asked that we move our booking to 7:30 pm. Not a problem for us - but they blamed it on Viator. Com. Wonderful experience !!!! Must enjoy the canals at night - AND DAY!
