For the most part, you can enjoy beautiful current day Amsterdam whilst you can listen to the audiotour (Dutch or English). At 7 locations you will put on your VR headset, which will show you your direct vicinity 400 years ago during the 17th century. Visitors get to see:

5.00Great trip - very friendly and helpful crew. Excellent commentary through earphones and amusing/informative VR viewing at various locations on the canal cruise. The VR "goggles" were easy to use, fitted over regular spectacles, and provided views of Amsterdam from centuries ago. Very well produced - Highly recommended. Location is a dock platform on the canal across the street from the Clayton Hotel.

5.00I have been sailing through the canals of Amsterdam for 28 years (just with a sloop). But last Wednesday with my daughter (11 years) did this trip. We loved it! Nice captain who tells nice anecdotes in between (next to the ears). Earphones and glasses are in good order and easy to put on and take off. For anyone who loves history or just wants to sail and hear about history, this is a must! Ps as constructive ‘criticism’: we had to look very much for the pick-up location 😬.. Bigger sign or a flag?

5.00Everything was super well arranged. Contact with Donna was very pleasant. We had to cancel for 1 person and we received the paid costs back the next day. Coffee on board was incredibly tasty. Keep it up! Can recommend it to anyone

4.00Super nice experience and I think I will book again. I would only expand the snacks a little more, only cheese is too little. A friend doesn't like cheese and then there's no alternative. Let people choose outside of the cheese mss sausage or something. Give wine in a wine glass, also drink better and look more fun. But other than this, it's a lot of fun to experience.
