Schipol Airport Amsterdam, clean, friendly but a Customs Entry NIGHTMARE!

5.00Amsterdam Schipol Airport is a CUSTOMS NIGHTMARE on arrival. Non EU citizens have to go thru the Royal Marshalls customs and passport control and cannot use the many open passport scanning kiosks. It took me 2.5 hours in a room with NO air-conditioning to enter. The airport is clean, everyone is friendly but customs is POORLY organized when more than one jumbo jet from outside the EU lands at the same time. Be prepared to wait.
