Ludo was an outstanding guide - his explanations were very detailed, clear, and engaging. He took the time to explain the history and significance of every place we requested to see, and he made the entire experience enjoyable and easy to follow. He was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the tour. He also shared great local insights and adjusted the tour based on our interests, which made it feel very personal and special. 5.00Grazie Mille Mario! Great tour guide, not too much history but enough to appreciate what you were viewing. We had pop quiz game to go along with and the winner gets a special surprise at the end. If you're a serious history fanatic, this isn't the tour. This is for those of us who want to enjoy what we see without 2000 year history lesson as well. Extra treats: stops for the best cappuccino and gelato in Rome. Skip the line with Mario. Perfect. I'd recommend this to any first time visitor to the city.

5.00Mario our guide was fun and fantastic. Would recommend this golf cart tour because you can see everything, almost touch some of the building. It’s a great introduction to your first overview of Rome. We saw all the key historic sites in the ancient center. But it also included stops for authentic cappuccino and gelato. Not tourist traps. We are on our way to lunch to a restaurant recommended by our guide Mario. I loved the tour was basic versus filled with dates and emperors and too many details. Just right. Have fun. Best way to start your trip.
