5.00We would give this Tour Company 10 stars if we could. Mr. Lam is a rock star! We used him for all 7 days from airport arrival till departure. He priced out each day based on the excursions we chose and the days we built our own tours. He was always early for each tour meeting time. He always delivered on the items chosen. And, he was always waiting with a cold bottle of water and ice cold lemon scented towels. Those towels were wonderful to cool off with after exploring temples in the Cambodian heat and humidity. His car was freshly cleaned each morning after we tracked in dirt, sand, (and even dog crap that I unknowingly stepped in until I got it all over his floor mat). Mr. Lam treats his guests with the utmost respect and kindness. He is always willing to make a quick extra unplanned stop if his guests need an item of some sort. If we get to visit Siem Reap again, we will use Lam for sure without a doubt.

5.00We hired Lam after reviewing multiple options on Trip Advisor. Lam had over 552 reviews and good ratings which made us feel comfortable booking him. Needless to say, Lam was excellent. He was a professional all through, always on time, courteous and taking very good care of my wife and me. He helped arrange an excellent, english speaking guide named Sampho (highly recommend him too). Both, Lam and Sam spoke perfect english and were able to explain things well. Lam is very knowledgeable about the roads and also gave good recommendations for our sight seeing. We ended up changing our itinerary based on his recommendations and got good variety of sight seeing. When we wanted to change plans, he was more than accommodating. Lam is very responsive on email which helped in planning things out even before we flew into Cambodia. Exploring Angkor Wat and other sights such as Kulen Waterfall, 1000 Lingas, Sonle Tap etc is best in a dedicated car because the sights are spread out, and it’s incredibly hot. But with Lam, it was even better — getting back to Lam’s car, A/C already running, and having ice cold water and towels was a huge blessing. If you’re looking for a driver and guide in Angkor Wat, look no further and hire Lam! Our three days with Lam and Sampho were so wonderful! Thank you, Lam!
