The operator changed the time to 4.40am and then did not send a driver to fetch us. They did not respond to my messages and calls until 6am. It was a total waste of a day and they refused to refund us.

It’s ok we started really early as we are the first that has been picked up from our hotel ,a bit of a long travel but good timed in between stops .ou guide is ok but he can I think need a bit more improvement in terms of communicating with his client .We have enough time in travertine’s I think it’s because of cleopatras pool being closed thus we managed to spend most of our free time in travertine’s .I thought we were going to explore the ruins site but wr did not ;actually Iam Not sure if it is included then in itenerary but nevertheless you can explore it yourself if you are up to it with your 3 hours time ,we just decided to just stay in travertine’s.Our Lunch is Ok as Iam not really expecting much considering the price of the tour .I think to summed up it is still good value for our money .Also ,because it’s really hot during our visit the airconditioning on the van is unable to cool up the vehicle ,the people on the back sit is really feeling the heat .Iam a bit piqued about being asked to do the review right there at the time of our tour as we are about to be brought back to Antalya But I still think our guide is really trying to do his task to his best jus need more time to gain more experience .

Everyone always says their tour guide was friendly and helpful, but in Incı’s case she made a huge effort to make everyone feel included, and went beyond her job to make sure everything went smoothly. I was helped with my terrible Turkish pronunciation, and she did her best to find me vegetarian options. She gave a talk on not just the excursion but also the history of Antalya and Turkey. The ruins were jaw dropping, but I would recommend visiting the pools off peak. It was very crowded. A great day out, it felt like I was being shown around by a friend of a friend rather than a tour guide.

Kann was a great tour guide. However cleopatra pool is closed and the springs is open but you have to Cary your bags with you in the water and it is very rocky and can cut your feet.
