All children 17 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult.
All guests must be able to walk unassisted on uneven surfaces and elevation changes i.e., steep incline/decline. This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Antelope Canyon does not allow: HIKING STICKS, CANES, WALKERS, OR WHEELCHAIRS.
Pets and Service Animals are not allowed.
Please limit personal luggage to one(up to the size of a backpack) per client. Any additional luggage will be subject to a charge of $10 each and must be paid to the tour guide.

Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Customer Service

1.00We booked the Antelope Canyon tour, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing due to a clear lack of coordination and customer service. We followed the exact instructions sent by email to reach the meeting point and waited at the indicated location. When the transportation did not arrive, I called in a timely manner to inform them that we were there. I was told they were on the way, but I was not allowed to fully explain the situation and the representative ended the call. After that, we received a message stating they were leaving because we were not at the correct location, along with a link containing photos to identify the exact pickup spot. These images had never been shared with us beforehand. Had that information been provided in advance, or had proper follow-up been given during the call, we would have been able to reach the correct location in time. The lack of clarity and poor customer service resulted in us missing the tour. Save yourself the frustration and book with a local provider on the Strip instead of online tour companies with unclear instructions and poor follow-up.

4.00Mama Lankun was really great guide besides from giving us tips to make our trip efficient, she also had our photos - great photos. Really enjoyed the tour. Mr Yen driver was really also helpful and patient. Darlene was also lovely in our Canyon X tour. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

5.00The experience was excellent. Each step of the way. A week before the tour, I had to change the pickup location. Could with no hassle. Mama (guide) and Mr Yan (driver) were great and very helpful. All the other tourists were very kind too. I enjoyed the Upper AC tour with a bad knee, thanks to them and the AC guide.

5.00An unforgettable experience at Antelope Canyon X and Horseshoe Bend. Horseshoe Bend is truly imposing — the scale and views are breathtaking. Antelope Canyon X was beautiful as well; while it’s stunning, I’ve heard the Lower Canyon may be even more colorful, so that will be for a next visit. Special recognition to our guide, Lankun “Mama,” who explained everything clearly and professionally. She was incredibly kind and patient, taking multiple photos of every passenger (and we were a large group!) and later sharing them with us. Also, a big thank you to our driver, Yan, who was excellent — responsible, punctual, and made the trip smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended.
You must see Antelope Canyon in this lifetime!

5.00This was a great trip. The bus ride was smooth and comfortable. Olivia, our tour guide, was informative, organized and shared knowledge about the areas we passed through. She was excellent. Yen, our driver did a good job of driving for many hours from Las Vegas to AZ and back safely. The Native American guides at Antelope Canyon were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to everyone.

5.00Even it is a very long trip, I really can recommend. The Bus was comfortable. The Lunch, well it is packed lunch.. if you want fine dining, spend the money at Gordon Ramsey. Antelop canyon is absolut mind blowing gorgeous, Horseshoe bend I must see as you are already in the area. James our driver brought us safely there and back, Mama our bus guide is very organised and made stunning Fotos of me at horseshoe bend. Jonas, our guide at Antelop canyon was angood laugh and also left me with some memorable Fotos of myself
Good Tour, money well spent.
