What To Expect

Once you have confirmed your booking with Eagle Transfers and Tours, the hard part is done, and you can start looking forward to your Antigua vacation. On arrival in Antigua, a VIP welcome will await you. Your concierge meet & greet rep, with sign displaying your name, will be there to assist you in avoiding the long lines and any confusion that is common in travel today. Your VIP rep will be your personal guide through the entire Fast Track process and navigate the Antigua airport, so you can get to start your vacation quicker. The island drink and beach relaxation await! Flight Tracking: We track the flight for all it's arriving guests booked with Eagle Transfers and Tours. If your flight is delayed, don't worry, we will not leave. Once you're checked in and board your taxi transfer from Antigua airport (ANU), it is about a 20-50 minute drive to the resort, hotel, Airbnb, villa, or home. There is no planned stop along the way. For Departure taxi transfer service to Antigua airport, once the traveler's email address is provided after booking, a pickup notification will be emailed at least 24 hours prior to the day of guest departure. If the pickup notification is not received, please contact us by direct email and/or via the Viator portal to confirm your/guest's pickup time. Please note that airport regulations require that all passengers check in at least 2 hours prior to the flight departure.

Not worth the money unless another plane arrives at the same time and they migration gets backed up. The website suggests a luxury car and we had a minivan to and an old Lexus from. The cost of a regular taxi was $40 bucks each way. With that said it is hard to justify $200 for saving 5 minutes at immigration. Again we may have hit at a good time but I would role the dice for $200.

Not sure what the point of the VIP experience was. We got off the plane and was given a card which we showed to the immigration official. We were put in the same line as everybody else and never met anybody from the VIP experience again until we were outside the terminal. No assistance, waiting for bags or working our way through customs. Once we got into the vehicle, everything was normal after that. Ride was great, No complaints about the ride, the upgrade was a waste of time and money.
Excellent, reliable taxi but fast track not worth it.

The taxi from the airport was excellent, as was the return journey from our resort. Very comfortable, clean cars with friendly drivers. I would certainly book an airport transfer with Eagle Tours again. However I would not book the fast track again. When we landed there were hardly any queues in Immigration. We were met off the plane but only pointed in the general direction of where to go. There was no clear signage & although we did eventually find the fast track queue, it wasn`t any quicker than the normal queue nor was customs any quicker. We were not escorted through any of the airport( except to find our car outside the airport terminal) & did not get any preferential treatment by customs staff. Maybe it was our early afternoon arrival time, but fast track was certainly not worth it on this occasion.

This was so well worth it! We were met at arrivals in Antigua and whisked through the passport control and customs. We were then taken to a lovely car and driven to our hotel. A couple of days later we were picked up in another lovely car and taken to the airport. All so smooth. Would definitely do this again!

The driver that picked us up at the airport was not friendly. He never spoke a word to our group, it was about a 30-35 minute drive to the resort. There was absolutely no communication whatsoever. It wasn’t a great intro to Antigua.
