James did a great job explaining the process for making the strudel and pretzels. Doris sang for us and has a beautiful voice. The goulash for dinner was quite tasty as well.

We did this for our anniversary during our time in Salzburg. We had the best time learning how to make the pretzels and strudel. I would highly recommend booking this experience.

This was a highlight of our Austrian/Switzerland Travel. We loved it! The class is hosted in an old cave, the teachers were patient and knowledgeable. I had a lot of fun that evening and it ended with great food and music/singing -- I would highly recommend.

We'll be making strudel and pretzels at home now that we've had excellent, hands-on instruction. We didn't expect the little singing recital on top of the baking class and a delicous dinner but we thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening. Thank you!

This event was so fun! The hostesses were wonderful. Dinner and our baked creations were all delicious. Really enjoyed talking with other participants in the class over a glass of wine and dinner also. Bonus: fabulous music!

I did not expect much when we booked that activity we just wanted to do something différent and learn more about the famous Apple Strddel ! Turns out it was very fun. We really made the Struddel and the Pretzel and we hate our own ! It was fun and informative and although we were with others it was not crowded they had a lot of tables spread around so everyone got to participate. Simple but nice dinner served while enjoying our recipies. The place were the event was held was a wonderul building in stones dating back 600 years ! I would do it again for suire ! Our Hostess were kind and funny and we enven got a nice bonus of a live opera signing wow !!
