Amazing!!! Literally the best apple strudel and pretzels we've ever had. Everything was delicious and so easy to make again at home. One of my favorite experiences I've ever done

I had such a wonderful experience learning how to make apple strudel. The host was absolutely five stars, so lovely, warm, and kind throughout the entire session. Agnes made everything feel easy and enjoyable, even for someone with little baking experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the instructions were clear and hands-on, which made the process really fun. By the end, I felt genuinely proud of what I had made and it tasted amazing too! This experience has definitely inspired me to try making apple strudel again and again at home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and delicious activity.

I recently traveled to Vienna for a weekend solo trip and booked a class with Agnes. She was absolutely wonderful!! Despite me being 25 minutes late (directions mishap on my end), she was very warm and accommodating. She’s quite the amazing teacher giving both visual and verbal cues and embracing the mishaps that come with baking. In our time together we made an apple strudel and Christmas Viennese cookies, both were some of the best baked goods I’ve ever tasted. The atmosphere of the studio was quite lovely, as it was very bright and welcoming. She even had fresh tulips on display!!! I believed her service to be quite affordable, especially as a solo traveler. All was done in about 1hr 30min. I don’t think I can recommend her enough, book with Agnes, it’s a life-changing experience💗

We thoroughly enjoyed learning to make strudel and cookies. The shop is located just behind McDonalds thru unmarked double doors and is on the 2nd floor on the left. Enjoy

The apple strudel course in Vienna was a really great experience! In a relaxed atmosphere, we learned step by step how to prepare a real Austrian apple strudel – from wafer-thin drawn dough to perfectly seasoned apple filling. The instructions were very understandable, friendly and explained with a lot of patience, so that really everyone could participate. It was especially nice that you did everything yourself and not just watched. In the end, getting your own freshly baked apple strudel out of the oven and enjoying it together was just great. The scent, taste and feeling of having made it yourself make it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna or simply having fun baking!

An unforgettable baking course – full of heart and Viennese magic! The apple strudel as well as the pretzels we conjured under the guidance of Agnes were just heavenly. Our friend’s 11-year-old daughter was completely thrilled – for her this moment was the big highlight of her Vienna holiday. I heartily recommend this baking course, it is an experience full of warmth, laughter, learning and a lot of enjoyment. Thank you Agnes!

We had booked the strudel & cookie class as a family with our nine year old son. It turned out to be one of the high points of our short stay in Vienna. The great new cooking studio is in short walking distance from Schönbrunn Castle and combining a visit at the castle with Agnes’ class is a great idea. Agnes is not only a great teacher but also an amazing host and we truly enjoyed the experience. We had the class in German but Agnes speaks excellent English too. Learning who to make an amazing authentic Strudel (it’s much easier than I thought) is definitely the coolest souvenir we are taking home. Highly recommended!

Our group visited Agnes on a cold February afternoon and we left with warm and fuzzy feelings all over, and yes of course with plenty of delicious food and strudel in our stomach as well. Agnes was very diligent and caring, showing us every step of the way. Her approach is very home and beginner friendly, ensuring that you’ll be able to easily replicate once you return home. After the strudel and pretzels were made, we were also served an amazing spread of homemade dinner, from mashed potatoes to fresh garden salad. I honestly cannot recommend this enough! It’s 100% worth your time and money. I’m not recommending this to everyone visiting Vienna! Enjoy a 2 hour full of laughters and knowledge!

Agnes, who runs this class, provides the perfect cooking experience. Her facility is spotless and well organized. She leads you through the strudel-making process by first demonstrating how to do it and then letting the students repeat the process. Her guidance was amazing helpful. For example, you often read recipes that tell you to flour the work surface. But, how do you know how much flour is correct? After taking her class I feel I know how to get it right. The cookie making segment was also enjoyable. Again, she demonstrates how to make the cookies, and then the group jumps in and finishes the batch. You make the cookies while the strudel is baking. Then you get to enjoy eating the warm fast-baking cookies, which we totally devoured. Fortunately, we still had enough appetite to eat the strudel, which Agnes serves with ice-cream. Wow! The class included plenty of time to prepare, bake, and enjoy the food without feeling rushed in any way. Throughout the whole class, Agnes’ humor, expertise, and patience made everything special. It was easy to find the class, just be sure to look at the entrance buttons by the street door to find the one marked with an apple. You go up a couple of flights of stairs which helped whet our appetites. The class was perfect for two couples. It would also work well for families. I highly recommend this class.
