Embark on an enchanting journey with our Private North Tours, where the island’s rich history and breathtaking landscapes come alive.
First of all, drive to the Famous Red Roof church for a stunning panorama of the Islet of Coin De Mire. Then, head to Mont Choisy Beach which is one of the most popular beaches in Mauritius which exudes perfect harmony between the sparkling water and the whitish sand.
Then continue to Trou Aux Biches for Turtle Encounters where you will discover the fascinating marine beauty the Mauritian waters can offer - you will be able to see turtles in the Marine Park of Balaclava and even enjoy a snorkelling break.
Afterwards, savor a 3 course lunch and continue to Fort Adelaide (La citadelle) which offers vast panoramic views of Port-Louis and its harbour. Then drive to Caudan waterfront which is one of the first constructed mall in Mauritius.
Head to the Port Louis Central market, to see the local market & the ideal place to find many locally made products

What To Expect
First of all, the driver will come for the hotel pick up and set off to visit the Red Roof Church at Cap Malheureux. One of the most renowned churches in Mauritius is the Notre Dame Auxiliatrice Chapel, a Roman Catholic Church famous for its vivid red roof against the bright turquoise sea and azure sky. The Notre Dame Auxiliatrice Church is famous for its lovely red roof, which attracts many curious passers-by and offers a picturesque background for worthy snapshots. This simple chapel was founded in 1938 and is dedicated to the Virgin Mary. It is situated ideally at the very northern point of Mauritius, offering breathtaking views of the five northern islets, including Coin de Mire (Gunner’s Quoin).
Mont Choisy Beach
Mont Choisy Beach, located in the north-west of Mauritius, is one of the most popular beaches in Mauritius. It exudes perfect harmony between the sparkling water and the whitish sand. Dotted with Casuarina trees, the beach of Mont Choisy attracts Mauritians and tourists. It is not only one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius but also the longest one,it provides comfort to each and everyone. Vast, with shady areas under the Casuarina trees, family picnics prove to be an excellent idea. Thanks to its clear and warm water, it is absolutely awesome for swimming, sunbathing and diving.

1.00We paid top whack for this. What did we get? A Toyota Yaris with no air con that smelt of cigarettes. Our driver was very sweet but was from the South of the Island and had only been given this as a taxi job that morning. She had to drive with her phone in her hand to follow her phone sat nav, but we still went wrong a few times. The turtle snorkel was excellent but lunch was poor. An aggressive man told showed us a tray of seafood but told us we could only have the fish. We insisted on having what we wanted and from then on he tried to rush us out of the door as soon as possible. The food was lukewarm warm and gave me an upset stomach. Overall, this is really poor value for money and best avoided.

5.00We booked the trip before we travel to Mauritius and we had luck because we get another trip with Radhika. She is such a nice person and we learned a lot from her about Mauritius and the culture. She also ordered some typical Mauritius food for us and told us how to eat them right. We loved it! She showed us Mauritius from the best side

5.00We were met promptly by our driver/guide Anil who was very knowledgeable, pointing out various points of interest along the way. We visited many wonderful places, including snorkelling with a turtle, a lovely fresh grilled fish lunch and some interesting sights and smells at the market in Port Louis, all at a lovely leisurely pace. Big thanks to Anil for making it a great day.

5.00Agi was really nice. On time. Informative. Pleasant. The sites were really interesting and worth seeing. I had little expectations and was unexpectedly surprised by the beauty and the content. The lunch was simple but delish.
