  A colleague of mine visited the baths with her daughter, who unfortunately lost her gold earrings during their visit. Thankfully, the staff found them and were extremely helpful in arranging their return. As my colleague had already returned to Norway and I was staying longer in Spain, the staff kindly coordinated the shipment through me. The process was handled quickly and professionally, and I received the earrings in less than a week. Excellent service and very helpful staff.

  I hated. Everything. The place is mixed, frequented by men and women. A hot water pool, everybody comes in together. There are 3 swimming pools, there is no attraction other than hot water. The floor is very slippery. Then the massage is done with wet bathing clothes. Perfect for getting the flu. When I left, someone took my boots. I had to go out with someone else's shoes. The staff did nothing. They could have tried to locate by contacting other visitors at the same time, so they could check the shoes and return them. Nothing done

  Had a very relaxing experience on the 1st of January. Fran at reception greeted us very kindly and explained us how to put protection on our shoes and gave two towels each to us. We also received wristbands to wear which indicated to the employees what kind of booking we made. Some minutes later we were picked up by very friendly Manuel who divided us into the male and female dressing rooms. There you get assigned a locker and can get comfortably into your swimming outfit. After that you enter a room where you are reunited with your partner. Manuel explained the four different baths (cold, lukewarm, hot and hot) and the steam room. We felt like busyness was very reasonably managed by not overselling. And the customers that were there behaved excellent in keeping quiet. The baths were nicely maintained and well decorated. Candles all around. Highlight for us was the massage, at the end of our bathing they called us for our massage, excellent timing. The masseurs ask you to pick your favorite scent and if you want"medium" or "hard". Marie Jose was amazing :) 5***** would come back.

  Very nice experience. The Hammam is gorgeous with several baths and a steam, soft lights and candles all over, and a nice fragrance. Very nice and professional people and the massage was great.

  It was an amazing experience! It's hard to describe - like nothing else to compare it to.....If you're going to Granada PLEASE set aside time for this amazing, unique way of learning about the culture and history and ethos of the area. It's incredibly beautiful. And the architecture!!! I also had an add-on massage, which I also enjoyed.
