Cruise through the lively Gothenburg Harbor, pass the historic Älvsborg Fortress, and continue toward the scenic southern archipelago. During summer, the tour is operated by the comfortable M/S Carl Michael Bellman or the elegant M/S S:t Erik, both offering excellent visibility from deck. Your guide shares engaging stories about the islands and Gothenburg’s maritime heritage as you travel from the inner harbor to the open sea.
With live guiding in Swedish and English, this tour is the perfect way to explore the archipelago and experience Gothenburg from the water. A café and restaurant are available on board; bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted. Foldable strollers are welcome on board (on the main deck).

1.00Tour operator was a no show. The boat was there at the dock, but it was locked up. Did not answer our message/call. Nice local called around and was told no tour today.

5.00Want to share with you about Saturday’s brunch trip with MS Gothenburg. What an experience and what a dining experience. Everything was so good so I made several rounds. Dessert table an experience. The staff were on top, happy and fun. The restaurateur with staff sang and congratulated. We'll be back. Thank you MsGothenburg

3.00Winds were quite high, so boat was not allowed to go out into open sea. As a result we ended up sailing up and down the harbour and not seeing the archipelago’s at all. It was of course extremely disappointing, but the tour guide did his best to make it interesting

Your operator didn’t turn up!

1.00We arrived 20 minutes before the departure time and waited for 50 minutes but no one turned up. Rang Viator who confirmed the location, and there were other groups there waiting for the same tour. The boats were there with lights on but seemingly no one onboard. The operator is closed at the weekends so couldn’t contact them. Just had to leave 30 minutes past the scheduled start time.
