We arrived 20 minutes before the departure time and waited for 50 minutes but no one turned up. Rang Viator who confirmed the location, and there were other groups there waiting for the same tour. The boats were there with lights on but seemingly no one onboard. The operator is closed at the weekends so couldn’t contact them. Just had to leave 30 minutes past the scheduled start time.

If the weather is nice this is a great trip! Beware that if you want to book lunch in advanced you will be placed at a table of their choice (not yours). We hadn’t booked lunch so had the chance to sit outside in the sun, enjoying the great view and fresh air. The guide tells about the history of the city and the island. We mostly ignored it and just enjoyed the scenery.

Surprisingly great trip. Had actually planned to travel with Paddan, but it was full booked. And thank you for that, because this was a much nicer trip. We had super weather so it made the trip even better

Really disappointed with the tour. In fact the tour that we booked didn’t happen due to high winds out at sea. That I understand but unfortunately we were not told this until we were on the boat. If we had have known we were to have a tour of the industrial riverways of Gothenburg we would have asked for a refund. 2.5 hours of passing industrial buildings was not fun. Advice. Check before getting on the boat as to the rerouted tour as you are locked in once on board.

They cancelled the trip without notification, several people were at the mtg point and didn't get notified trip was cancelled,an email or text message would have been appreciated

Very nice boat tour with a guide that knows a lot about the history. You could do with or without Lunch. We didn’t have lunch but we enjoyed it nevertheless. There were snacks, drinks and ice cream to get at the bar.

Booked a last minute trip for 4 people which included the lunch option. Was a good trip with great views of the surrounding islands of Gothenburg. Unfortunately the hospitality team did disappoint. When boarding we were located on a central table which limited views of the outside scenery. This is fine given the last minute booking. That said, there were empty tables so we asked to move but were told everyone had allocated seats but they would review again once on the move. When the trip started we noticed there was an empty window table so asked again to move. We were informed that someone was joining so this table was not available. Unsurprisingly no one appeared and the table remained empty throughout this single embarkation round trip. In short the experience felt somewhat budget and cattle like. A table move was not that difficult to accommodate and would have made the experience infinitely better.
