  The afternoon was incredible. Snowmobiling and the reindeer farm with a brief reindeer ride was awesome- made the whole day worth it. The guide at the farm was amazing and full of knowledge. The morning was just okay. Too long at Santa Claus village although we did get a picture with Santa and did not have to wait long. The lunch was not good.

  Amazing tours, Valentina and Arnau are just the best guides ever! If you ever go to Rovaniemi they are the best. They are all very professional and kind.

  It was a group of 50 people. When we arrived at santas Village they had changed our time (guide wasn't aware) so we had to go que will ALL the general population (on Christmas eve) if we wanted to do that. Then lunch was hectic and not great. Then we got to the snow mobile place, 50 people plus the other groups crammed into a small room to b given instructions and get the clothes and change all in this 1 area. It was insane. And more groups kept coming in. Then we were at the back of the snow mobile convoy, but just behind the kids in a sled. So we couldn't go faster then 10kms. While all the parents at the front took off. Road the mobiles to the reindeer place, once again we're all crammed into a hut with a lovely fire that everyone who was at the front of the line hogged while the rest of us stayed frozen. Then we had a literal 5 min reindeer sleigh ride to then jump back on the same mobile staying in the same order (as in behind the kids) to go back to the tiny room so everyone can get changed. Then we made a complete detour when we finally left to head back to their office to drop a family off. Would have been cheaper to do these activities on our own, and definitely don't recommend doing it on Christmas eve.

  We went on Christmas Eve (24 Dec morning) so was prepared for the attractions to be packed. It was a smoother experience than expected and the guides were calm and led us to each attractions in a timely and orderly manner. We managed to see Santa in a short period of time despite the queue, and snowmobiling was so fun! Winter gear is provided for the snowmobiling, and it was very clean. Highly recommend going with Safartica!

  Myaelf and my family did the Arctic Delights tour yesterday 18th Dec 2024 with a visit to Santa Claus, The Santa Claus Village, Snowmobiling and Reindeer farm with Rob and Antoine as our guides. The trip itself was amazing from start to finish, very well organised, exciting, fun, informative, and every detail taken care of.... Ran very smoothly with the leafy amount of unnecessary or unwelcome waiting around we've experience while in Lapland. However the real highlight was the care, attention, calmness and excitement that both Rob and Antoine brought to the tour. They could not have been more helpful, kind, patient, or informative. No stone was left unturned and their warm and fun personalities really made the whole trip extra special. My partner was on crutches and did took care of lots of extras for us to make things easier for him ands us without us even asking them. They deserve a bonus and a pay rise! Safartica, be sure to reward and look after these two gems please! They're real assets to your company. Many thanks Rob and Antoine and wishing continued success to you both and all at Safartica!   The activity we had was the Winter delight, which included a visit to the Santa village and reindeer farm. The tour company is very professional with everything needed arranged. They will give you all the gear required for outdoor activities. Santa village was quite an experience. The food included in the package was really nice with an experience of authentic reindeer dish. The reindeer ride in the package was more touristy ( like check in the box), so that was not enjoyable if you are looking for the real thing. However the Santa Village experience is a must do and do it with Safartica as they know their stuff. Everyone speak English and host of other languages. Wilma and Veli - Matti was our fantastic tour guides, super friendly and very caring.

  The company Safartica took out the snowmobiling last minute and refunded 47€ per person, allegedly because of not enough snow. Although there was snow everywhere and they sold and sell the same snowmobiling time separate for 119€. Apparently in another track. The customer is definitely not their main focus.
