In fact, each Argentine waterfall is an immersion in the natural universe of the Iguazu National Park, for the opportunity to appreciate different angles and landscapes as well as the local fauna and flora, such as the presence of coatis, capuchin monkeys, toucans and rooks.
As we are in the park one day, the probability of seeing this wildlife is much greater! Depends on the day and weather factors.

Cataratas del Iguazu - Lado Argentino
We always start at the visitor center, and start a walk to the central station, where we take a little ecological train that takes us to the throat of diablo station and there we go down and make a flat walk along the walkways dd 2 km between the round trip from the main viewpoint. After returning from this walk, we take the train and head to the waterfalls station, which begins the second part of the tour, which is a walk of more than 2 km through the upper circuit. After finishing this circuit, we will have a break for snacks or lunch in the food court inside the park and then we will do the last lower circuit of the falls, which is another 3 km of walking, observing the falls from the 3 angles. On this tour there is the possibility of taking a boat ride, also optional and with prior reservation, as well as for those who have difficulty walking, there are several rest points. In summary, the walk is divided into 3 parts: Devil's Throat, Upper Circuit and Lower Circuit.

Marcelinho is such a great tour guide!! He knows this place like the back of his hand! We were picked up in Brazil at the Hotel Das Cataratas which is inside the park, and quickly crossed the very crowded border to Argentina. He knows EVERYBODY on both sides of the border....and that inside knowledge helped us to get on an early train to Devil's Throat. If you come to Iguazu, book him!!
