What To Expect
Welcome in advance! We're excited to have you here and want to ensure your arrival is as smooth and stress-free as possible. When you arrive at the airport, you will first go through immigration and customs. Once you've completed those steps and exited into the arrivals area, you will be greeted by an airport taxi dispatcher. They may ask if you need a taxi service simply let them know that Layne Taxi is scheduled to pick you up. I will also be there to personally welcome you. Look out for me holding a sign with your name on it, so you can easily identify me. I’ll be standing just outside the customs area, ready to assist with anything you may need. 5.00Great communication and our guide did an excellent job of keeping up with our incoming flight delays. Prompt and right at the front as soon as we exited customs. Our tour included light site seeing around the island to include Kingstown and some gorgeous overlooks. This gave time for other Sandals guests to get checked in so that our arrival at the resort was quick and easy. Our guide was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable and that made it so enjoyable. Thank you guys!!!!

5.00From the moment we stepped out of the Airport, Glenroy was there to greet us with a big smile! He was so welcoming, especially being our first time on the island. On our ride to our accommodations he was giving us some great information about the island. He gave us some great recommendations about where to have dinner. We would highly recommend him as your driver on the island 🤙

5.00We have used Layne’s taxi service a few times during our stay in St. Vincent and will highly recommend. The van is clean, and comfortable. The drivers are nice, helpful and prompt. We had great communication with them. They sent us a message with pictures of the vehicle and plate so we could easily find them.

5.00I pre-arranged my airport transfer with this company. They communicated with me beforehand and picked me up without issue. The best part for me is that during the ride to my hotel from the airport, my driver suggested things to do as well as recommended restaurants in the area. Book with them!
