When arriving at EuroAirport Basel, kindly exit from the Swiss side. There are two exits—one for France/Germany and one for Switzerland. Exiting from the wrong side can lead to delays and difficulty meeting your driver. Thank you for your cooperation. Our Chauffeurs will be waiting in the arrival lounge just after you pick up your luggage and will hold up a sign showing the lead passenger's name. If there is a problem finding our Chauffeurs, please contact the phone number shown on your voucher. All incoming flights are monitored, so you are safe in case your arrival is delayed. Your private Chauffeur speaks English/Spanish and will be happy to help you with any questions you may have about the city. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with your mobile or cell phone number in order to contact you in case of any change or if our Chauffeur can't see you at the meeting point. In the confirmation, you will also receive our emergency number, and in case of any query, please do not hesitate to contact us.

5.00John was a great driver and tour guide. Our flight was late coming in from Heathrow, but John reached out via text and WhatsApp, and waited for us to arrive and collect our bags. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable with more than enough room for our family of four and eight bags. John gave us some history of Basel and pointed out places of interest along the route to our hotel. Overall, a great experience and easy arrival.

5.00This was one of the easiest airport transfers that I have ever experienced. Our driver was excellent. He was there on time and helped us with our many bags. (There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group. Very easy to find him. He was right at the arrivals hall holding a sign. Very kind and courteous. Thank you so much! He told us about places to visit in Basel and explained some history about the city.
