2.00We had to "chase down" our driver upon arrival at the airport. He was supposed to meet us upon arrival but was "mia". The day of our return I called to request a confirmation of our pick up time but was rudely told that it was confirmed on Dec. 29 even though our actual departure date was January 10. Very poor customer service.

5.00Easy, easy, and um easy. We found the driver in about 5 secs, he was holding a well lit ipad with my name on it. The driver was friendly and helpful. Took us right to the front door of the AirBnB. Safe, easy, ZeRo issues. Would 100% recommended for an airport transfer.
