Our fully uniformed, professional drivers will be holding a sign with your party’s name on it and will collect your luggage right away. We always keep track of the ever-changing live arrival and departure times. This ensures that you will always travel on time if you are traveling with Kini Kini Transfer & Tours.
**INFANTS AND CHILDREN WILL BE PROVIDED WITH COMPLIMENTARY INFANT/CAR SEAT.** - Please specify this in your request.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Arrival transportation has complimentary waiting time of 75 minutes from the moment your plane arrives at gate.
Departure transportation has complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
When you arrive in Aruba you will go through immigration, luggage claim and Aruban customs. You will meet your driver in the airport lobby after claiming your luggage and clearing Aruban customs. Your driver will be standing with a sign with your name on it. Your driver will take you to your private vehicle and drive you directly to your resort. Find your way to any place on Aruba safely and on time with our transportation Aruba services. Departure pick up time should be at least 3 hours prior to your departure flight. For departure transportation meet your driver in front of the hotel lobby at the designated pickup and drop off zone.

5.00Excellent service from arriving in Aruba to our (unfortunate) departure home. We made our way through customs where we saw our name on a tablet. Someone escorted us to our private van and away we went to our resort. On checkout date they were ahead of schedule and just pulled into the valet. Rode in a nice black sedan on the return trip. Overall very easy, seamless process. Will 100% use again.

5.00It was an amazing experience from pick up to excursion to drop off. Gabriel and Naheer were the best guides for ATV and UTV. Our group loved their inclusion, we loved their vibe, sweetest guys ever. It was our 3rd ATV experience but by far the toughest and more intense than we’ve ever experienced.

4.00Used Kini Kini as a transfer from the airport for a party of 6. The ability to purchase beers ahead of time for the ride was a huge hit and fun surprise for my adult children. My only "complaint" is that it was not easy to find Kini-Kini in the airport. All the other ipads had names in large letters and were held by humans, so they were easy to spot. Kini-kini's was on a stand with multiple names listed on the ipad so I didn't even look at it. Had to call to clear up the confusion.
