It is a place for Blacksmith, Carpenters, Metal workers and everything that an old time industry would require to have. The best thing about this place is Everything is Recycled not one thing is new but upcycled.

5.00Amazing trip really, Phil was very communicative and was quick to respond. Although my flight was delayed 24 hours, the itinerary was adapted to suit my updated schedule. The visa authorisation was a seamless process and upon arrival, I was met at the airport and had a two day city tour that took in the tank museum, markets and other sights of Asmara. Exceptional and highly recommended!

5.00Phil and Sam laid on a great tour that took me to all the incredible sights that Asmara has to offer. I liked it so much that I joined a second tour of the rural areas the next day. I would also advise that Phil can also book hotel accommodation for you as well as arrange Visa on Arrival both of which can remove alot of hassle when visiting Eritrea.
Responsive, helpful, great to deal with, excellent guides. I wish I had booked with Philemone right from the start.

5.00I had an amazing day on my Asmara City Tour with Visit Eritrea! I was there for 1 day only so I needed a tour that would show me everything and Visit Eritrea did not disappoint. I got picked up from the airport early in the morning and visited every single site around the city and then some. Visit Eritrea knew everything there was to know about Asmara and Eritrea and was very excited to share their love for their country with me. Some of my favorite places we visited were Cinema Roma and the old Fiat factory. I even got to try some local food during the day. Since my flight wasn’t until late that night, instead of dropping me off at the tiny airport super early with nothing to do, they took me to a local ice cream shop and billiards club where we played a few rounds of pool. I’ve currently been to 165 countries and would love to visit again if I had time. Thanks for making my trip special.

5.00We were a group of three friends on an organised 4-day tour of Asmara and Massawa. Phil, our main tour guide, was incredibly helpful and considerate of all our needs throughout the tour, going above and beyond our expectations. We managed to do a huge variety of activities, from watching the national cycling tournament in Eritrea to visiting all the top sights in Asmara to cycling around Massawa at sunrise. On top of that, Phil is just a very friendly, open and stand-up tour guide who we felt very safe and comfortable with throughout the tour. Would highly recommend this tour company as well as the visit to Asmara and Massawa itself!

5.00I had a wonderful time in Asmara. This country represented one of the most pleasant surprises I’ve had in all my years of traveling. Behind the veil that Eritrea exists in are some of the most friendly, beautiful, and compassionate people in Africa. The city itself is a marvel of untouched splendor just waiting to be explored. Simon and Phil were terrific guides and I think you should want to go and check out the country if you thought you’ve seen everything in the world.
