Medeber The Metal Market is a unique artisans workshop places that will blow your mind. It is a place for Blacksmith, Carpenters, Metal workers and everything that an old time industry would require to have. The best thing about this place is Everything is Recycled not one thing is new but upcycled.

5.00This is a fantastic tour from Phil and his team. He was very quick to get the visa in advance and he met you at the airport. His driver and guide were knowledgeable and caring. You felt like a member of your family was showing you their city. They even stayed around for drinks after the tour before my late flight. I would highly recommend booking with this company!

5.00I had a little bit of a short window to visit someplace while I was in the Middle East and I contacted Phil at visit Eritrea, any actually called me on the phone and we discussed what I could do within my timeframe, and soon after he sent me what I needed for visa on arrival so I could book my Air tickets from Dubai. I arrived the night before by two day tour and he personally picked me up at the airport at 11 at night, took me to my hotel, and we walked around a little bit and he showed me some of the nightlife of Asmara. Following day, his guide Simon and driver took me to Massawa for a full day tour, very knowledgeable every question about history and Eritrea was answered in depth so informative. The following day they gave me a personal tour of the whole city, including so many more places that weren’t even on the itinerary. At the end of the evening, we all met at a pastry shop, and then he personally drove with me to the airport to see me off. Great guy with a great crew, the whole trip exceeded my expectations, and I have to say I feel Asmara is the nicest city in Africa, so clean, safe, and picturesque. I absolutely loved the art deco architecture.. the whole city is a UNESCO site like a museum in itself. The food is wonderful and I would recommend it to anybody not hectic at all…

I only had one day in Eritrea, but you made sure I could still enjoy all the sightseeing. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and I truly enjoyed the tour. 5.00Amazing trip really, Phil was very communicative and was quick to respond. Although my flight was delayed 24 hours, the itinerary was adapted to suit my updated schedule. The visa authorisation was a seamless process and upon arrival, I was met at the airport and had a two day city tour that took in the tank museum, markets and other sights of Asmara. Exceptional and highly recommended!
