2.00This excursion was only possible due to the availability of the guide hired at the last minute because the organizers had canceled it without our consent because, despite the reservation made months before, we were informed only two days before departure that the speaking guide in Italian was not available. We only heard about the annulment in Astana and therefore demanded that it be carried out even if in English. Tip to Viator: Don't suggest other languages outside of English unless you're sure you have multilingual guides.
