It was an amazing experience sharing with Octavio (our local guide). Thanks to him, we learnt a lot about the history of Paraguay. Also, he was very polite and emphatic with us during the tour.

This was a walking tour with f Asuncion, with a local guide. Our guide Marcelo was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knows much about local Paraguayan customs and history, and shares his knowledge. It was an extremely hot day but Marcelo kept the tour at an even pace. At the end of the tour Marcelo was extremely helpful in finding us a taxi back to our hotel in the city. I recommend this tour if you want to learn about Paraguayan history and culture

Octavio was very engaging, knowledgable and enjoyable. I booked the four hour tour which gave us plenty of time to take in the sites and museums and have a Paraguayan lunch. This tour is highly recommended if you want to learn about Paraguayan history and culture, as well as get to know central Asuncion.

Asuncion is not one of the worlds great cities, but interesting nonetheless. My guide, Octavio, was a charming young guy and bought my visit to life talking about not just the places we visited, but also the historical and political context.

Guide was earnest and knowledgeable. It was very hot and he accommodated us old folks. Didn’t know much about the history of Paraguay and he gave us a good overview. Saw the important sites in the central city. Tour lasted about 3 hours. Stopped for a soft drink with a nice overview of the López Palace.
