The service was excellent. Panos met us at arrivals and was insistent on helping us with all of our luggage. He also gave us great recommendations for food and tips about the neighborhood we were staying in. He also drove very safely. We’ve had a lot of experiences in Europe with transfer drivers driving crazy. Panos was a very careful and safe driver which was appreciated.

Our plane was an hour late arriving but our driver met us at 11:30 pm no problem. He was pleasant and gave us a great initial introduction to Athens. Car was clean and comfy. We were so happy for the cold water bottles and he gave us a nice candy gift at the end. Our hotel was a little difficult to find so he walked us to the front door with our luggage. So nice to have a friendly greeting and ride in a strange city and not have to worry about getting a taxi or finding our way late at night. Definitely would reserve with Viator and this company again.

Our driver was on time and waiting for us outside of baggage claim. We were driven to our Athens hotel in a clean and comfortable mini van, and the driver provided just enough conversation to pass the 40 minute ride quickly for a very jet lagged set of 4 travelers. Very satisfied with the experience.
