What To Expect
Once booking is confirmed you would receive your confirmation number. Once here in Nassau, Bahamas a Representative would greet you outside of Customs with your name displayed on sign. You will then be escorted to your waiting vehicle and on your way to experience the joys that Nassau has to offer.

2.00Good intentions on behalf of the company. Good communication via phone and txt messages, but failure to meet expectations on both the airport and hotel pickup. Very late on pickup, resulting in having to settle for alternate type of vehicle. No show on the return date. Despite the huge setbacks, the company was great at scrambling to make things works and not leave us stranded. They got us to/from where we needed to get to. This says a lot. I’ve seen many of their vehicles and nice SUVs around the island, unfortunately it didn’t work out as hoped for us.

4.00The people were great, everyone was happy to help and easy to work with. The driver Berry was awesome. Price was fair. The only reason I didn’t rate it perfectly is the SUV looked kind of old, had dents in it and hood looked like it needed a paint job. Not really a “ luxury “ look.

1.00I’d use the word luxury loosely here. Our dented up smelly van had every warning light known to man going off on the dashboard. The floor of the van had a slimy slippery film. The dirty handprints in the interior were disgusting. And there was some sort of dirt coating the interior windows. All in all - I’d stay far away from booking with them. Also I have been told by many people at Atlantis that the trip should cost no more than $45-$75 so the fat that I paid $190 (plus tip!) is insane.
