  Ride was not luxury, driver was late, had to loan our own bags in the vehicle while the driver gave me excuses. Vehicle is not luxury. Rims missing, windows don’t work.

  Had to wait for our driver for over 15 minutes. No front license plate on the vehicle we are told to look for. Driver had excuses upon arrival and I had to load our bags. This is not luxury at all. Vehicle is missing rims, wood lodged in the window so it stayed closed. Ghetto.

  Good intentions on behalf of the company. Good communication via phone and txt messages, but failure to meet expectations on both the airport and hotel pickup. Very late on pickup, resulting in having to settle for alternate type of vehicle. No show on the return date. Despite the huge setbacks, the company was great at scrambling to make things works and not leave us stranded. They got us to/from where we needed to get to. This says a lot. I’ve seen many of their vehicles and nice SUVs around the island, unfortunately it didn’t work out as hoped for us.

  We have used Courtesy Private Charters as transportation for our family group of 7 between the airport and the Atlantis for our most recent three spring break trips. Quick, helpful and friendly communication with Mark. Wonderful drivers. Thank you for helping our trips to the Bahamas go so smoothly.

  The people were great, everyone was happy to help and easy to work with. The driver Berry was awesome. Price was fair. The only reason I didn’t rate it perfectly is the SUV looked kind of old, had dents in it and hood looked like it needed a paint job. Not really a “ luxury “ look.

  I’d use the word luxury loosely here. Our dented up smelly van had every warning light known to man going off on the dashboard. The floor of the van had a slimy slippery film. The dirty handprints in the interior were disgusting. And there was some sort of dirt coating the interior windows. All in all - I’d stay far away from booking with them. Also I have been told by many people at Atlantis that the trip should cost no more than $45-$75 so the fat that I paid $190 (plus tip!) is insane.
