What To Expect
Once booking is confirmed you would receive your confirmation number. Once here in Nassau, Bahamas a Representative would greet you outside of Customs with your name displayed on sign. You will then be escorted to your waiting vehicle and on your way to experience the joys that Nassau has to offer.

4.00Overall was a good experience. We flew in on 22 Dec 25 and the airport was very busy. The car was not waiting of us and it took airport assistance personnel to arrange for the pick up. Overall our delay was 15-20 minutes. Pick up on 26 Dec 25 at The Cove was right on time and the driver (Barry) effectively got around the Junkanoo traffic to get us to the airport on time.

3.00Communication was good at the start. We were told to meet outside the airport, and an employee (not the driver) met us there. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 15 minutes for the driver to arrive, while we watched other travelers leave right away in taxis. What bothered us most is that we had booked private transportation, yet the driver showed up with someone already sitting in the front passenger seat not what we paid for. The only positive was that the driver himself was very nice and friendly.

2.00They did come and pick me up from the airport however trying to return is an issue as my hotel location was changed and I can’t seem to reach them to give them the new location. Viator gave me a non working number
Thanks to Barry and his super awesome boss. They got back to us quickly, even though our flight was delayed from Houston

5.00Flight was delayed and they tracked our time, texted me to coordinate meeting point upon arrive. Driver (Mark) was super nice and chatted with us along the way. This is the 3rd year in a row using them and will continue to do so.

He was kind, courteous, and such a pleasure to talk to along the ride to our resort at Atlantis. Round trip return was just as easy; with a text the day before departure and he was right on time with a smile and smooth trip to the airport and a little Bahamian history along the way. :) Thank you so much!
