What To Expect
Start your day with a comfortable pickup from your Marrakech hotel and head into the stunning Atlas Mountains. Your first stop is a women’s cooperative, where you’ll enjoy a traditional Moroccan breakfast of hot mint tea, fresh bread, olive oil, and honey, and have the chance to use clean restroom facilities. Next, arrive at a peaceful Berber village and enjoy mint tea before embarking on a 1h30 guided hike through terraced fields, orchards, streams, and small stone villages. Along the way, take in panoramic mountain views and experience daily life in the High Atlas. In the afternoon, drive across the scenic Kik Plateau toward the Agafay Desert. Experience a 20-minute camel ride through the golden rocky landscape, or for adventure lovers, try an optional quad biking session for €15 per quad, riding across desert trails for 30–45 minutes. End your day relaxing in a desert camp with a glass of mint tea. After this unforgettable experience, your driver returns you to Marrakech

5.00What a perfect and fantastic day. We were picked up at our hotel door by our fantastic guide Issmail and our driver Ibrahim. Our trip was explained in detail, and all aboard were ready for a great day. Stop one was an amazing Camel (Dromedary actually 🐪) ride that lasted over 45 minutes with full costume provided. Then on to beautiful mountains & valleys (3), with a stop at a Berber woman’s coop where we were treated to delicious hand made spreads and Moroccan tea. Later after a breathtaking hike to the waterfall, we enjoyed the most delicious traditional Berber meal (best meal of our European/African trip actually) and a 9.5 hour excursion in total. Awesome!!!! ☺️ 110% recommend 🥹👍🏼☺️ Thanks Issmail, you were marvellous 👍🏼

5.00Wonderful day, all thanks to our guide Ismail and our impeccable driver Abdul. They guided us in an experience immersed in what advice to everyone to do. Ismail told us walking about the traditions of the Berber people and beyond. The visit to the cooperative of women who work with Argan oil, tea, dressing in typical clothes for the camel ride, hiking in the Atlas Mountains among small Berber villages, waterfalls and at the end of this day Ismail and his family welcomed us into their home to taste delicious traditional dishes. 5.00Wow. Just wow! This is one of the best tours I have ever been on. I was shocked to hear Ismail has only been touring for 1 month. He was engaging and paced the tour perfectly. I felt like I was able to enjoy each and every spot (which was many) with the right amount of time. His tour gave me such a good insight on the culture of the villages and the history as well! A little bit of everything all in one day!

5.00Fabulous! Omar Imzilen gave us a very memorable day filled with interesting information, about Morocco & the Berber way of life, & adventure. We were very thankful for he & his families hospitality, it was this special touch that made this excursion stand out from the rest.

5.00We had an excellent day with Omar who was a very good guide. He took the time to answer all our questions and immersed us in a part of Berber life. We also ate very well with Omar's family in a really nice setting. We highly recommend this activity which is very good value for money.

5.00Mustapha was an amazing guide! He was very knowledgeable about the places we went and took us to very authentic places to eat, one of which was his mother’s restaurant in the mountains. The hike was beautiful and we stopped at many amazing places to take photos and watch the views. The trip to the agafay desert was very cool, dressed up in traditional dress and had tea then went on a camel ride. Camels seemed well looked after too which was good to see. Very good value for the day, 100% recommend!!

5.00A beautiful day, Everything was perfect. Short camel ride in the Agafay desert then direction Imlil for a meal prepared by our Guide's aunt. The tagine was exceptional!! The little walk leading to the very nice waterfall. Our guide Abdoul Aziz was great. He allowed us to discover his village by giving us a lot of explanations about local life and Berber customs.
