1.00Have no idea where and when to meet. No representation near the train station. If the passenger has a Swiss half fare card the discount should be honored during booking.

4.00Perfect day for trip to Gornegrat Summit offering great view of the Matterhorn. My only regret was purchasing two tickets in advance from Tripadvisor site. As this was just a round trip ticket for train ride, which runs continuously throughout the day, I found that I could have easily purchased tickets at the ticket window on day of journey and saved $200 USD. My bad, live and learn.

5.00Gornergrat was a very worthwhile experience. Ride up was very scenic. Technology to get to these high altitudes is incredible. I am almost 79 and did experience some altitude limitations. Not exactly dizziness but certainly some sense of instability walking around at the top. Took it slow and all was fine. Although in pretty good shape I was glad I had my treking pole. Unless you want to do some hiking etc the trip was easily doable in half a day.

4.00The purchased ticket is for any time during the day. I arrived early and the train was overly crowded with many organized tours aboard. I would have liked some suggestions of less busy times so I could plan my day. The Zoom experience does not open as early as the train arrives with causes many people to push when it does open. I was slightly disappointed that none of the restaurants were serving those of us from the train until a later time. The day I went it was snowing and cloud covered. If I could have found a nice place for a coffee away from the crowd of people who had never seen snow I would have waited to see if the clouds cleared. I left after walking around outside for about an hour

5.00Overwhelmingly beautiful. We just happened to hit Zermat and the surrounding area during a warm, clear week. We took every cable car and every cogwheel train in to the surrounding mountains that we could find. Go. The glaciers are disappearing. See them now, while you still can.

5.00Fantastic day out, although overcast in Zermatt & drizzling, we thought the day was going to be spoilt. Once on the cog railway, we steadily climbed through the clouds. At first, just glimpses of snowy slopes, and then we broke through and the views were spectacular. We stayed on the top for nearly 3 hours, The Zoooom experience was excellent- don't miss it. Our only disappointment was that we didn't see the top of The Matterhorn, it was in cloud the whole day. Nevertheless it didn't spoil our day. 👍

5.00You took a train to Gornergrat to see the Matterhorn but couldn’t view it due to haze. Despite that, you enjoyed the experience, especially the light snowfall.

3.00Train ride up was beautiful, the weather at the top was heavy snow & wind so that limited the ability to enjoy the experience. The interactive display was okay, did not justify the additional cost of the ticket. Would recommend not pre-purchasing tickets so that you can choose a day where the weather is more cooperative.
