1.00They cancelled 30min before departure time. There is no notification of the cancellation. After I booked the trip even called Viking Rentals the morning of the activity. They confirmed they will pick us up from the hotel at 4pm and when it’s 4pm no one shows up, when you call them goes to Voice Mail. Then when i call trip advisor i learn the operator cancelled the activity!!! We make clear plans on our vacations and book these activities it clear they have no regard to the guests or their plans to even call us of a cancellation. STAY AWAY from this operator if you value your time and experiences. They clearly don’t

5.0010/10 recommend! This tour was so fun and our guide was a really nice and laid back guy, his name was Don. These are the reasons you should book… - they were on time for our activity - Don made sure everyone was safe - we went to most of the stops, got to take pictures. They guid will take you picture for you - ATVS ARE IN GOOD SHAPE and we’re really comfortable - Don was knowledgeable about each stop, giving us a good taste of history - We had a chance to sample food and drinks - We were able to eat some really good food at the end of the tour - I loved that after the tour someone drove us back to the port 10/10 experience

1.00We booked us and 2 friends at the same time. We waited 45 minutes for our ride to show up. When we got to where the ATVs were we were told our friends were not signed up for the tour. No one else ever showed up to take them some place different. We ended up having to pay for them again. The vendor said just contact Viator and they would refund our money. They are disputing what happened. The tour was OK but I would never use Viator again. We plan on 4 cruses a year and they seem to be everywhere. I would recommend trying to find a different vendor. Also our guide left us at the fish fry and just left. We waited over 20 minutes for him to return after we we finished eating in 85' heat with no shade. I would look elsewhere.

5.00The meeting spot directions were clear and easy to follow right outside the port. Our guide was about 15 minutes late and there was no way to communicate with the company to confirm if the excursion was still going to happen because it had rained the first part of the morning. I reached out twice via trip advisor messaging and never got a response. Despite those things- we had a great time. Our guide Mekembe picked us up in a van and took us to the lot with the ATVs which was a short ride from the port meeting point. We were provided clear operating instructions and helmets. Mekembe was very patient and knowledgeable. We also felt safe driving through the city and he was an easy guide to follow. We didnt have any issues parking our ATV at the different locations we visited. I would definitely recommend anyone who comes to the island and wants to ride ATV. Its a great way to see the city. Soo much fun.
