What To Expect
Auckland Harbour Bridge
Standing sentinel across the Waitemata Harbour, the Auckland Harbour Bridge is a crucial piece of infrastructure. Harbour bridge is the only bridge which connects the metropolis of the central business district to the North Shore and beyond to Northland.
North Head Historic Reserve
The location of Maungauika at the entrance to the Waitematā Harbour made it an important coastal defense. It was fears of a Russian invasion in the 1880s that led to the construction of a fort and the three disappearing gun batteries dotted along the maunga (mountain). Norht Head Historic Reserve might be change to Kauri Tree Forrest on afternoon session.

4.00This was a great tour. Got to see a lot of sights around Auckland I would never have seen on my own. My only negative feedback would be that I found our guide to be very negative. I didn’t pay to hear about everything that he thinks is wrong with Auckland.

5.00We did the 1/2 day tour of Auckland. Our guide was Lenna. She was so very kind and patient. She tailored the tour to meet our needs. Was very intelligent and has a good knowledge of Auckland. She had a wonderful personality. I left an item in her car by mistake. She went above and beyond to return it to me. I would recommend the tour and the company. If possible I would ask for Lenna! She is amazing

5.00Outstanding tour. Hwani and our driver were excellent hosts on our half day tour. Right on time. Large clean vehicle. Lots of great stops that gave us a great feel for the city. Very knowledgeable about the region and easy to understand. Highly recommended.

4.00This tour was operated by Sin in a small MPV that seated four of us. It was very comfortable, made better because our companions were so nice. The tour was much as described on the the tin. It comprised a tour around Auckland with Sin giving an oversight of the city that fitted in with our cruise. It was about the right duration and if we'd had a little more time, I'd have probably walked into the city to get a better feel for it. But cruises do often feel like drive by's. We would happily recommend Sin and this tour to anyone with limited time or as a starting point for a longer stay. Found Auckland enticing and worthy of a longer stay or another visit.

5.00Very nice tour. Honestly, Auckland does not have too many memorable sites when compared to other cities with long history. Nonetheless, the operator squeezed the most out of the limited spots. The tour guide did a great job in introducing the city. We enjoyed it.

The driver & tour guide provided everyone with a bottle of water, comfortable travel accommodations and a great overall 1/2 day tour of some excellent area highlights & history. I would highly recommend this tour. .

5.00Hwani was an outstanding guide — punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment the tour began, he set the tone for an engaging and thoughtfully curated experience of this beautiful city. He provided rich background, context, and history at every stop, helping us understand not just what we were seeing, but why it mattered. Highlights included a spectacular view of the Harbour Bridge and a breathtaking 360-degree panorama from the One Tree Hill Monument. The perspective of Auckland from up there is simply unforgettable. I also particularly enjoyed the visit to the Auckland Botanic Gardens, where we were introduced to native New Zealand flora and fauna. Walking around the historic lookout points and seeing the old cannons added another layer of depth and character to the tour.The final stop at the Cathedrals was the icing on the cake. Overall, this was a highly informative and enjoyable experience. If you’re visiting Auckland and want a well-rounded introduction to the city, I would absolutely recommend this tour.
