Auckland Harbour Bridge
Standing sentinel across the Waitemata Harbour, the Auckland Harbour Bridge is a crucial piece of infrastructure. Harbour bridge is the only bridge which connects the metropolis of the central business district to the North Shore and beyond to Northland.
North Head Historic Reserve
The location of Maungauika at the entrance to the Waitematā Harbour made it an important coastal defense. It was fears of a Russian invasion in the 1880s that led to the construction of a fort and the three disappearing gun batteries dotted along the maunga (mountain). Norht Head Historic Reserve might be change to Kauri Tree Forrest on afternoon session.

5.00Our afternoon flew by as our guide Sean drove us on a 360-degree tour of Auckland. He delivered stunning scenery - whether the Wintergardens, Cathedral or Mount Eden -and an impressive amount of knowledge about each sight and its history. It was a great introduction to Auckland, delivered with care and humor.

5.00Sean was the tour guide. He was awesome communicated in advance to ensure i knew where the pick up would be. Have great detail and history as we went to each location. Knew where the best photo spots/ angles were and offered to take pics (solo traveler)when needed. Overall good experience, great tour guide.

5.00Tour guide was amazing. My 11 yr old daughter and I had a great time. Comfy vehicle. Glad he told us to do the Tour earlier. He deterred from the Tour which was so much better. Would highly recommend. So informative.

5.00An enjoyable few hours spent discovering some important parts of Auckland. Sean was a personable guide and well informed on historical and cultural matters. There were 3 other couples and the vehicle was comfortable.

5.00This tour was taken on our last day in Auckland. It started out as a windy rainy day. Thank goodness, the rain stopped but the wind and clouds remained. Regardless of the weather, Sean, our tour guide, was undeterred and gave a great tour. Tour. This is a great way to see other parts of the city and get some great history. This tour takes you outside of the central business district. We loved the different sites and the knowledge that Sean imparted to all of us. If anything, I think my wife and I should have done this trip on the first day we got to Auckland to give us an idea of other places to see for the rest of the time we were here. I would suggest that for people coming to Auckland. It was informative and educational and we enjoyed it. Thanks again to Sean for doing such a great job.

Hwani was delightful, great communicator about where to meet up. Kids really enjoyed all the stops. Hard recommend!!

5.00You’ll get four seasons in one day so wear appropriate clothing. Pack a good camera cause the sights are fantastic! Don’t think there are too many questions, they’re all answered with friendliness and knowledge!

4.00Great experience for our short stay in Auckland (we were on a cruise ship). The tour guide was very helpful and in contact before we arrived in Auckland with all the necessary information. We loved the trip to the key parts of the city and were well entertained. Great value for money if you do not have much time in Auckland.
