  Great trip round the harbour,a little speedy in some parts but great day for it. Specially liked the views of the sailing ⛵️ ships and small sail boats 🛶.

  I spent my entire tour on the upper deck. The weather was really fine and the experience better for it. Really thought the pacing, slower at points of high interest, then a bit of vigor on the in between stretches fun and memorable. The audio commentary was informative, when I could discern what was being said. The audio system was of poor resolution, and lacked clarity….muddy medium level volume. It’s an experience with a lot of ambient noise, the waves, the wind and. just the thrumm of the engine and hull. Because other patrons were yelling at each other throughout the commentary without regard for others…suggest the following. Include a “Please, respect other passengers during the commentary phases of our cruise. Thanks in advance!” Good value and fun, clean, well maintained craft and nice crew!

  Disappointed you couldn't see more from both sides of the boat. Also wished there had been more outdoor seating. Dis enjoy the commentary which was educational.

  Not a lot to see of the city. Very basic viewing of harbour and surrounding area. If possible, better to view from a high point.

  We had a wonderful day!! Min was early and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The tour was one of our best. Lots of time to view the gardens (although you could easily spend an entire day there)! Wellington Mountain was fun to climb and shopping time in Newmarket was appreciated,

  Time your trip. There were 2 cruise ships in Auckland Harbour that day and there were a LOT of people on the boat. Don't know if that's usually the case. The seating area up top needs to be changed. If you're sitting there, people will come up and stand at the railing, blocking your view. There was commentary but difficult to hear upstairs, especially if it's windy (which it is). If you're downstairs inside, the view wasn't the best as the windows were dirty (salt, grime). I know it's on the water & sea salt, etc, etc but maybe try & clean them more often. Otherwise, the trip was good, the crew were nice and it's a beautiful harbour. Also, when booking through Tripadvisor, make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page when you're paying. Somehow I ended up paying in USD, not AUD or NZ dollars.

  An afternoon well spent sailing around the Auckland harbour & surrounding islands. Informative commentary explaining the history. Seating inside was air conditioned in addition to seating outside on top deck and shaded second deck
