Drop-off – The driver drops passengers at the agreed location and helps with luggage.

5.00Our luggage took an hour to reach baggage claim and Customs took 40 minutes. Our driver waited for us and provided a lot of good information about Auckland and the area around our hotel.

5.00Right after we got off the airplane, I got a text from our driver, Shavir. He provided information on where he would be in the airport terminal. It was quite comforting knowing that he was there and had been proactive in reaching out to us. The ride into Auckland was quite comfortable and bottled water was provided. Shavir was very friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions.
