What To Expect

Confirmation – City Voyage confirms availability and sends booking details to the customer. 3. Preparation– A vehicle and driver are assigned, and trip details are checked. 4. Pickup – The driver arrives on time, greets the passengers, and assists with luggage. 5. Transport – Passengers are driven safely and comfortably to their destination. 6. Drop-off – The driver drops passengers at the agreed location and helps with luggage.

Right after we got off the airplane, I got a text from our driver, Shavir. He provided information on where he would be in the airport terminal. It was quite comforting knowing that he was there and had been proactive in reaching out to us. The ride into Auckland was quite comfortable and bottled water was provided. Shavir was very friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions.
